Very dissatisfied because from my understanding it's a buy here pay here I have $400 to put down on a lawn mower willing to make the $300 a month payments and I was refused a chance to even get anything from Aaron's so very upsetting and disappointed

Ricky got me and my uncle everything we need at a great price. I love how friendly my service was. The store is very clean. Great deals On a variety of things from couches to sound systems big enough to make your neighbor move out . Highly recommend this Aaron's store for all your rental needs.

Manager was rude .. he got my money and didn't want to refund it....and told me to come in at 12 the next day and he left on purpose because he knew I was coming for my money back...it was very unprofessional... I wouldn't rate it one star

I came in and was treated poorly by the Sales Lady. Paid a down payment for a table to be delivered by 5:00 p.m. The Manager didn't want to deliver the table so I decided to deliver the table myself. The Manager tried to Fight me and I had to call the Police. This place unprofessional and I couldn't enjoy my Birthday.

I called to inquire about financing yesterday morning June 3rd. It was 11:49a precisely. The woman sounded nice rather young, took down my number, and said she would call me back in ten minutes. I assumed she was busy. Well, she never called me back. It had been a long time. I searched for someone else, Rooms 2 Go, and got financing with them plus great customer service. Aaron's, you could have had a client. I understand something could have happened, but if your sales rep answers the phone and makes a promise, she should keep the promise. No, she never called or arranged for someone to call, basically lied. And why do you need to call customers back anyway? I'm saying, she could have asked me to hold or told me why or asked me to call back or just simply answered my questions. It would have been my first time in your store. Now I have a bad taste in my mouth and will avoid you. What a shame.

Took out a lease on a living room suite, paid and was given a date for delivery. On the day of delivery we gets a phone call from someone in the store telling us by phone that they can not deliver to our apartment complex because it is a 6 month lease where we rent. And they require it to be a full 12 month lease if we are in an apartment. That's not what we were told the day that we did our lease. We werent told anything about any sort of restrictions etc. Well long story short, they didnt want our bussiness, and now we dont want theirs, we got our money back and will never have further any dealings with Aaron's or its affiliates ever again. I'm so glad that there are all sorts of other stores in town that we can go to.

I started a contract on a pre leased bedroom suite. A couple nights after we it was delivered. My boyfriend woke up with itchy and painful bumps and welts. We pulled back the mattress protected and discovered BED BUGS! I immediately contacted the store and asked to speak with the manager, after being told that he was speaking with A customer and being on hold for about 30 minutes. I called back a second time. I was still out on hold after telling the sales manager about the situation, along with providing pictures and video evidence. I still did not receive a call back the entire night!!! Neither did they bother to contact us the next day. I had to contact them!!!! After that, the manager came over to inspect the merchandise and did in fact find BED BUG EGGS in the protective covering! Now bed bugs have been bought into our home, And we are not being offered anything to compensate for our family's pain and suffering. I do not feel as if the situation is being addressed as it should be!!!

They continually harrass you even after you've made an agreement on payments. Ricky is bad for business due to his harassing phone calls and I'll never do business with Aaron's again! I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt due to stories I've heard from friends and coworkers who have dealt with them in the past, but I see exactly what they were referring to. I told him i would call back with a pick up time due to my work schedule and as I'm getting ready i hear a knock at the door. It's Aarons of course and they stated Ricky sent them to get the table. Tequila is wonderful but y'all need to do something about Ricky ASAP! Never will i recommend this store!
