A good place to have available! Their hours are convenient (open Mon.-Sat., 8 am to 4 pm); they accept plastic types 1, 2, & 5, as well as steel & aluminum cans, most types of paper, and some electronics.The staff are friendly and helpful, to boot!Warmly recommended.

Just moved in the area, met Pete at this location. He’s a very nice guy, and very helpful as well. The area is clean and easy to use.

Montevallo's Recycling Center offers recycling for all types of paper and cardboard, Plastics #1, #2, and #5, and all types of cans. Though, we do not buy any recyclables.
We DO NOT accept scrap metal, glass, styrofoam, pallets, or construction materials.
