“I am appreciative that Regions keeps watch over my accounts with the Montevallo Branch. I was receiving texts about possible tampering with my checking account; I mistook it to be a scam. When Regions did not get a response from me, my account was locked. I am so grateful that happened. Someone had tried to hack my checking account, immediately, after I had used it for a purchase through a business who uses out of country representatives. I like the fact that, even though I didn't take initiative to follow through in fixing this situation, Regions did it for me. My first-of-the month income was saved. Thank you Jesus Christ for a business like Montevallo Regions--Looked beyond my faults and saw my need.”
“Originally a small town bank that eventually ended up as Trustmark. Have a personal account there, never had any problems. On the HOA account however, incorrect amount was deposited but I caught it when the teller handed me the receipt, so watch your receipts. Took a long time to change over from previous Sec/Treasurer plus address change and many visits, but eventually it was fixed. Nice, clean, vintage building with lots of history.”
