Ounce again closed at 8:30. Your hours are open until 11:00pm. The door was open and the woman says we closed at 8:30. Was rude about it as well. Get it together already. This happens often.

So this second day I go and again 6:00pm at night and it's closed. Thought to give it a second chance. This time someone was in there and still said they are closed. Ridiculous! Going to call the corporate office this time.

when I went there the doors were locked and the lady that works there was sitting in the truck on the phone watching me try to open the door
