“I just want to brag on Monroeville ,Alabama's AT&T store , but mostly on Samantha . Today a Sunday , she went over and beyond her duties as an employee, especially one having to work on a weekend day . She was more than helpful and kind to my husband and I. She helped us get what we needed fixed ... fixed and working. She showed THE BEST EXAMPLE of what customer service should be. We walked out bragging about her to each other bc she was such a big help , and her kind ways made it an even better experience!!!
