My experience was EPIC! Excellent customer service coupled with empathy and caring for their patients. My physical therapy representatives were professional and knowledgeable. It gave me peace of mind knowing that I'm in good hands and they all make you feel like you're part of the family! Y'all ROCK!! :)

I’ve used Monroeville’s before and they was great, went yesterday and gave them my orders to the lady at the front desk and she blowed like I was bothering her by stopping bye, I then ask her when was the soonest they could get me in and she said it would be next Tuesday afternoon and I told her I was in a lot of pain and ask her could she get me in any sooner and she replied NO! Very rude and I said I guess I will have to go somewhere else and she said ok and quickly handed me my ordered back like she was glad she didn’t have to be bothered by me and I really hate it because the people in the back was really good to me and helped me the last time

Health Actions is the Best. Amy was my PT most of the time and she encouraged me to push beyond what I thought I could do. When I was discouraged and thought things seemed hopeless she assured me I could regain my mobility and she was correct. Because of her expertise and the TLC (and the coldest ice packs they had) provided by the assistances when I was exhausted I am now functioning again. I will miss this group of professionals, they have become my friends.
