Our Kenmore Mexican made refrigerator that came with our new home blew up, just as I suspected it would less than a year later. Our small town doesn't have much as far as appliance stores. After trying a couple of places with no luck we found DHF almost as a fluke. They don't advertise much. We found a Frigidaire that another place wanted $800 more for and couldn't deliver for a couple of days. These friendly folks offered to deliver same day. Needless to say we were very happy. I'll post updates if necessary. We're waiting for the delivery this afternoon.

Love this business. Very nice people . Reasonable prices. When u walk in everyone is very polite and ask how they can help you in anyway . I highly recommend visiting here at least once . You will not be disappointed .

For the past several years, we have always used DHF for all of our home repair needs. And, every time, the work has been top notch and as close to perfect as you could possibly get. A couple of weeks ago, Mr. Brewton's two sons came to our home to help with repairs caused by a lightning strike. Never have we ever encountered more polite and respectful young gentlemen as these two fine young men. Trying to run a family business and finding workers during the past couple of years have been very difficult, as we well know; but, I can say seeing these two young men at work gave me hope that life as we currently know it is on the mend. Thank you to the Brewton family.

The young lady that was there on Saturday was very polite, helpful, pretty, courteous, willing to assist with questions on remodel flooring items that they stock, and can order in; as well as, items they will remove and replace, as far as, demo and install.. she gave Angela; her sales rep, contact info and card, which I will be using to contact out and order some of our kitchen or bath, for the newly purchased home in Monroeville.. Thank you again.

I had a horrible experience. First went in new exactly what I wanted. Sent a lady Angela to my home to measure in order to give me a quote. Had to call twice to get this woman to get a quote together. Finally after 3 weeks she comes back with a ridiculous amount. Trying to quote me almost 4000 in labor alone. I would not recommend this place.I have a small kitchen. Wanted to charge over 13000. Ridiculous!

We absolutely love the floors and all the work that Downtown Hardware and Flooring has done in our house. David Lee did an exceptional job on the floors, with the stain. And, anything we've needed since, they've been right there. We also had window treatments installed, and those are fantastic as well.
