I came across Zundel’s Jewelry while searching for a reputable and considerate jeweler in the Mobile area.I was shopping for a Bridal set as well as a loose diamond with specific considerations.I went with my notepad and met with a sales rep named Keath. Mr. Keath went above and beyond.Mr. Keath simply asked “What can we do for you?Instead of throwing all of the “sales” in my face to try and coerce me to buy a ring that day, Keath took the time to find the right diamond and band set and make something that my now fiancée absolutely adores.Keath, and the whole Zundel’s team, thank you very much for your professionalism and fair pricing. You have gained a return customer.

Best jewelry store ! The workers are so professional, nice and friendly! They always take good care of me. Not to mention, they have beautiful jewelry pieces !! My late Father, Oscar D. Holland, was a sales representative for International Siver Company out of Meriden, CT. He called on Zundel's as a customer in his sales territory.Dad always spoke very highly of the Zundel family and their friendly and well managed business. As a young teen, I traveled with my Father down to Mobile and met Mr. Zundel, Sr., a fine man.

If you want quality, one of a kind jewelry go to Zundel’s. It is a family owned business that has been in Mobile for several generations. The staff and owners are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. You can also find gifts for men, wedding and anniversary gifts.

Zundel's is hands-down the best jewelry store around. Attn men: if you want to get your lady some nice jewelry and KNOW she'll love it, just go to Zundel's, tell them a little bit about her and voila! All of their jewelry is classic and timeless. I have jewelry from Zundel's that I received as a gift as a child and still love it. Their customer service is impeccable too. Keath (with an "a" lol) is awesome. They remember you when you enter the door and make you feel at home. A+++ I hope they stay around forever!

Can I give 6 stars? Or maybe 10? Full disclosure this review is on behalf of my mother and father who visited Zundel's recently. My mother was born and raised in Mobile, and remembers the original downtown location with great fondness. My parents met at Spring Hill, and after a life after marriage away from Mobile have returned to be closer to family. To my delight, they described their visits to Zundel's not only with affection for the memories of past experiences years ago, but now for service that treated them as special, unique, and important clients. No matter that this time it was only to get a special ring resized for my sister. I can't express how wonderful it is to hear that a tradition of kind and warm-hearted service to customers seems to have never ended at Zundel's, even to this day. Thank you very much on behalf of myself, and my entire Russell family.
