Customer service are great. Personal mom and pop store that been serving Mobile for years. This hardware store is an great place to go for home projects from lumber bug spray, vacuum bags, tools, paint etc.

Well, I stopped in to buy some bait for fishing and was helped out greatly by an employee and a customer. They told me they didn't sell fishing bait (I could understand for this location as they mostly sell lumber and building supplies) but, instead of leaving it like that, they told me where to go buy some going above and beyond. I changed my rating from 4 to 5 because of that alone and I recommend going to this place because of the service and reasonable prices I saw for supplies.

I can't say enough about these people. The cashier's are always kind and courteous. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Unlike big box stores where you can't find anyone or 90 percent. Don't know what you are talking about. Definitely support this business. It's businesses that hire people like this that we don't want to lose in our community.
