The veterinarians have always been wonderful at Westside. When we had to put our twelve year old Sheltie to sleep; our entire family was distraught. The vet was so compassionate, and we were able to say goodbye and love on our sweet girl until she passed.

Dr. Sheila Palmer hired our company Bay Environmental to perform wetland services for her vacant lot on Ono Island. We performed the work and she received her permit and we have been trying to get paid for this work since March of 2022. She owes $962.50 and we have sent several invoices for payment but still no response. We just wanted people to know what kind of person she is. We are in the process of putting a lien on her property.

My family and i have brought our elderly dog, Jeff, in a few different times to this office in urgent situations. We have had him for about 14 years and usually take him to a different vet location due to being a patient there for a while now. However we recently have started taking our dog to this location and have been amazed by Dr. Carter!!! He has been nothing short of amazing to us and our baby. He explains everything in simple terms so we understand, answers our questions very honestly and voices his concerns, and has been super patient with us even though we come in pretty frantic during these unplanned visits. He helped with Jeff's surgery and made sure to keep us at ease during the process. I cannot thank him and the office enough for their genuineness and patience every encounter! You guys are amazing!! Everyone there is so friendly and kind. They spend time with you to answer all your questions and love on your pets. I am especially appreciate for Dr. Sheila Palmer for caring and taking care of my three babies. Some of the can be a handful.

They took such good care of my baby! She had an allergic reaction to her vaccines today and they didn’t hesitate at all! Super thankful for everyone here, we won’t go anywhere else!

I just love Dr. Long, he really cares about you animals, I not had a bad experience with any of the Vets. All of them have taken great care of my animals from my domestic inside ones to my feral babies.

Very compassionate and caring. We were referred to Auburn right away. While the outcome was not what we wanted. We brought Charlie back to see Dr. Long one last time. I am so glad we did. Thank you and the staff for all you did and all you do.

They have been taking care of our pets for many years, dogs and cats. The staff is great with our animals and they go above and beyond in making sure all questions are answered and options discussed for any issues that pop up.

Seems like they care more about money over your pets health. Make sure you have lots to spend cause they treat you according to how much money you spend on your pet.
