Walmart Neighborhood Market is a standard Walmart that can be busy no matter the time or day, with checkout lines that are sometimes ridiculously long. The self-checkout area can be a mess, with machines that only take cards or only take cash, and not enough employees to assist. While the store looks pretty meh and dodgy from the outside, it carries some surprising and awesome items that other stores do not, particularly Mexican stuff and other specialty foods. The employees are normally friendly and helpful, but there is a high turnover. Frustrations often center on the checkout process being understaffed. Some customers report rude treatment at the customer service desk, feeling the large company no longer cares about consumers or employees. Ultimately, it is a place to shop for a wide selection to save money, but the experience can be frustrating.
Prices are getting higher fast. But they sell so much its generally the freshest foods. I feel prices could be lower. Not enough open cashiers.

Self check was a mess. One will only take cards. One will only take cash. A third one was down and could not be used. And not enough employees to assist. Took me almost 20 minutes to check out
