I usually love this Walgreens. This day I’ve had a procedure inducing great pain. Almost 5 hours to fill prescription, plus they shut down drive thru for lack of help. Not good. Hope they figure out their problem & fix it or I’m transferring.

Best customer service I’ve ever received at a pharmacy. The staff took their time to help me and get my prescription filled at a much lower cost than I had anticipated. Couldn’t be happier with my experience at this pharmacy.

Worst Walgreens in Mobile. Always late, served with a side of piss poor professionalism and attitude. My last encounter has me sworn off Walgreens for good. Hello Amazon pharmacy!!

Several years ago my insurance company forced a switchover to Walgreens from CVS. Have been using CVS my whole life before that. Since we've been at WG, I've continually been amazed at the unhelpfulness of the pharmacy employees. It's almost like they want to do anything they can to make things harder for their customers, like they're taking joy in it. I really wish we could go back to CVS.

This is a nice pharmacy store. Staff is so very nice and helpful. They are good for prescriptions and over the counter medicines. I also like their beauty supplies. It is a clean and wonderful store.

My husband had an appointment at Walgreens on schillenger and cottage hill road for a covid booster shot on 8/30/21. He was on his way to work. The technician in the pharmacy was handed is paper work, insurance card, and 2 covid cards. He was given 2 cards. 1 from the first dose and one from the second dose of Pfizer (not his fault). Instead of the technician looking through his material that was in her possession, while she was leaning on the counter with her elbows, she told him that he could not receive a booster shot unless he was 65. If she had looked at the paper work she would have found out that he met the qualifications for underlying health conditions and occupational exposure. Also, the 2 covid cards were stacked on top of one another. She told him you have had one shot and told her I had 2. She did not look through his paperwork that she took and had in front of her. Questions ? Why would a person make an appointment for a booster and they had not had 2 previous doses. Is she paying for the shot? Is he getting a million dollars for coming in to get a shot he supposedly does not qualify for ? Who has time to come to get a shot that they don’t need? Last question. What has had happened to competent, caring, well trained people who have time to do their job correctly ?
