I will be transferring my RXs. I have been shopping weekly and getting RXs here for almost 2 years. My RXs were sent at 2pm. I get off work at 4pm. They still did not have them ready. Yes, I was frustrated. Nobody wants to get off work have to go home then go back. Blond girl said maybe be done in 1hr so I turned around frustrated but did not say a word to this girl and she LOUDLY stated that she would be making a list for customers like that! What?? It is 6:05pm and still not filled and I have not had my blood pressure meds yet.

I scheduled an appointment for my mom to have her shingles shot with the Walgreens app at this location. We show up to get the shot only to be told they were out. Now I understand supplies run out, however the way the employee with the rainbow colored hair so nonchalantly admitted they had not checked the scheduler in hours didn’t sit well with us. There needs to be a system set in place to update clients who take the time to make an appointment if these issues arise. It is also very unprofessional for the employees to react as if our time or appointment was insignificant. I won’t be returning to this Walgreens.

Pharmacy is super slow. Takes forever especially if you go through the drive thru. They have plenty of pharmacy employees so I don't understand why it takes so long.

Every time I go to this location Tracey is always very helpful and polite. Which is why I like this location. But there is a long line for the pharmacy drive through and seems to be slow. But I have experience that at other locations as well.

My friend and I went through the drive-thru and it was a little wait bit it was worth it because we it was our time the service was excellent.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. EVERY month, it takes me a couple of days AFTER my medication has run out to get my refills. Either, they didn't get the prescription from my doctor (who's never had an issue before) or there computers are down, they don't have the medication, or my insurance isn't covering it so they just don't fill it and don't bother calling. I get anxiety EVERY time I have to order a refill. And they are rude. However, I will say that on two different occassions, the pharmacist has corrected the tech and refilled my prescription even though the tech said it was early.

I hate giving this bad a review but no one answers the phone. I had a package sent there and had some issues with pickup and was on hold for over and hour trying to talk to a person about the issue.

Loved this whole store until today. Pharmacy really dropped the ball. Still love the the front of the store employees though and they are the only reason I will be back!

Service is smooth and the staff is super nice. Things were rough for a little bit while they were taking over information from RiteAid, but the staff was always pretty sympathetic with frustrations. Things have evened out and I enjoy the Walgreens stuff very much. They’ve kept my business for my household.

I want to say thank you to the RX tech that helped my husband this evening. She was very knowledgeable & curtious in helping him with the list of items I gave him to purchase. I had gotten stung in the face by a wasp!
