I witnessed Celeste interaction assisting an elderly gentleman. So kind and patient. Then there was an issue with my insurance. Rather than giving up she persisted in researching to figure it out. Kudos to pharmacist Celeste for her care.

I’m a cancer patient and it’s always an issue getting my medication when the doctor calls it in. I’ve had to wait days for pain relief with no real explanation. I just called to check on my medication and was told I don’t know what’s going on with your prescription and the person working on it won’t be available until 2 hours from now when the prescription was called in the day before.

Came to the reviews to make sure it was not just me. This is by far the worst Walgreens unprofessional and the lady at the register could do more to make herself look presentable and by that I mean a smile and a greet to customers goes along way !

The pharmacy staff and that includes everyone there is helpful and so nice even when they are really busy.

I will never use this location again. They had my prescription for 2 hours and did not fill it. When I went to pick it up, it was not ready. There was no one in the store or the drive thru and the woman running the register told me I had to wait an additional 30 mins. Unbelievable!! No customer service at all.

I have read the other 2reviews. I actually don't, thank goodness, have problems with this Walgreens. The one that I use all the time, on Springhill, I have those, and even worse problems. As long as I keep up on the app, it's fairly smooth. I like the convenience most of all. The people that work there are pretty good. I would recommend if you live in this area.

My doctor called in some antibiotics and when I went to pick them up an hour later they told me that it would be another two hours due to them being behind and having 60 other prescriptions to be put in before mine -so the associate told me ! Ridiculous amount of time to have to wait for a prescription!!Edited: Still wasn’t ready when I went to pick them up !

Every time I go to this location there’s always a problem with my prescriptions? why text me and tell me it’s ready then when I get there I have to come back an hour later!! It’s utterly ridiculous and I mean EVERY month it’s the same thing
