Find another store until they remodel or get more help/terminals.\\nCan't attest to their service before they took over Winn-Dixie customers from next door, but most of the time the wait times awful. I'm on hold for 50min (so far) as I write this. Making it worse is the annoying recording that comes on EVERY 15 seconds for the duration of the call..saying:\\n\\\"We're sorry, our staff is answering other calls. We're be with you shortly...or There are 2 people in front of you...\\\"\\nIf you go to the store the line can be 8-10 deep.\\nCorporate should have remodeled long ago when they took over Rite-Aid, but now that they have even more customers from Winn-Dixie it's beyond bad. Feel sorry for the employees.

The drive thru is extremely slow. I have gotten out of the drive thru and went inside to pick up a prescription and saw the same people still waiting in line. You will definitely develop gray hairs waiting at this location.

Drug counter tech's rude and jerks. I hate this drug store. Treat customers like cattle. At one time this was a good drug store but not anymore.

Every time I call this location, no matter who answers, they are always extremely patient, helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond for their customers. I know pharmacists have a lot on their plates, not just the medication part, but also dealing with insurance, answering phones, etc. I've had horrible experiences with some pharmacies in the past so that's why I felt compelled to leave a honest review here.

The pharmacy staff is consistently patient and has answers for all of the convoluted insurance questions. I appreciate the ladies and gentleman behind the counter who greet me with a smile even when the day is crazy.
