The layout of the store was a little confusing.

My experience at this Walgreens branch has always been positive. The pharmacist has been extremely helpful in sorting out my new insurance and transferring prescriptions since a recent move to the area. The drive up clerks are always courteous and I’ve never waited so long as some people are reporting. Might be the time of day or the luck of getting behind a complicated customer. Sometimes it’s not the staff’s fault.

Horrible! Even hung up on me after waiting a half an hour on the phone because they didn’t want to answer my questions about my Covid vaccine they administered to me.

Clearly stated on the web site for this store was... Walk in vaccines!!! And I finally get the nerve to go get one and they tell me that I have to schedule an appointment... Guess I dont need it then... If you advertise something ... You need to stick by it!!!!!!

My husband was left waiting at the drive-through window for 25 minutes yesterday afternoon. He even called the store, and they said they'd be right there, but then never came. Meanwhile, walk-in customers were coming and going. This has happened multiple times -- they just ignore the window. This makes it difficult when you have a disabled child who can't go into the store, but can't be left alone in the car.

Very friendly and considerate staff! Purchased an Rx that was $70 but forgot I had a $40 coupon. Ran back up to the pharmacy, was refunded by Candice! She was very polite and professional throughout it!

The staff is friendly and very helpful but when calling the pharmacy the hold time is ridiculous. I literally was on hold for 57 minutes. I called at different times and the hold time was 30-40 minutes.

Brand new pharmacy on the parkway, trash. I don't care about Rite Aid or CVS, but I'll be switching to CVS. I've dealt with this pharmacy twice in the last two weeks. The first time, only customer inside, took 20 minutes to speak to me. Once spoken too, she acted like I was supposed to know what information she wanted. No you work there, I am the customer, I am also the reason you have a job. So you should speak to me first. Nothing. The store makes you feel d**** Ever seen the movie Idiocracy? This store is the end result of the movie. I'm sorry. It's not personal, but these guys feel so under trained and there is no professionalism inside those doors. THE SECOND VISIT, I'm sitting in here right now. I was on hold for 15 minutes, I literally drove to the store, set my phone on the register, ringing, and the staff are just walking around like zombies, and the line disconnected on its own. I was never helped. The parkway is what it is, but any new business should bring about change, not be the result of what the parkway is. Such a joke. Only reason I didn't change pharmacist first was because I was being lazy, not anymore!
