WORST Walgreens around. AVOID! They are sloppy and one of the slowest services ever. Their 15-minute wait on prescriptions turn into nearly an hour or 2. Every time, there are at least half a dozen people waiting at the pharmacy inside and at least 5-8 cars in the drive-through. They never put the prescriptions in when they say they do, and they are never filled when they say it will be. It's frustrating calling at 11am for them to say they will fill it then and we can pick it up within an hour, only to be waiting an hour, going inside and through the drive thru AT LEAST twice and still be waiting when it's almost 3pm. It's absolutely ridiculous. Do not go here.
UPDATE (6/24): I am a caregiver, I even pick up meds for my patients who can't get out to pick them up. With all the issues the Tilmans Corner location gave me, I changed locations.
I continuously kept having more and more problems with waiting or delays. Plus, good luck asking anyone for any kind of information or help in the pharmacy, they seem pretty useless considering how fully staffed they are when other locations aren't that slammed pack with workers seemingly doing nothing.
Now, the Walgreens I go to barely has a line. I wait at average 5 mins (I go very often to pick up several prescriptions for others), inside or outside. Also, one big factor I learned is that Walgreens is SUPPOSED to card you for any narcotics no matter how many times you visit. I pick up for a cancer patient on some scheduled drugs, I was never once ID'd at the tilmans corner Walgreens, but no matter how well the pharmacist remembers me at the new location, she HAD to ID me and write the info down. Another thing is that the new location has been so much more helpful with any questions we have to ask.
I have also learned that the Tilmans Corner Walgreens is one of the few Walgreens to fill select prescriptions for certain patients.
Sooooo... if you are not VA or have special prescriptions you should totally check out the Walgreens at Cottage Hill and Dawes, Cottage Hill and Schillingers, Schillingers and Airport, Grand Bay Wilmer and hwy 90, Airport and Hillcrest, Airport and Azalea, ect. Please STOP waisting your time and life at the Tilmans' Corner location. Better yet, Walmart is actually pretty good on their prices, refill/drop off, and wait times. CVS is good even though somehow Walgreens is ruining them. Also, it looks like Three Notch will soon have a brand new pharmacy right before you get to Schillingers if you're headed west down Three Notch. I've never used them, but it's better than tilmans corner Walgreens. There is also the pharmacy near Tilmans Corner Walgreens called rx Express Tilmans Corner. A few others are a Skyland Discount, Dawes Pointe, Oak Ridge on Nevius, and many, many more. Many of these may also accept GoodRX (I'm not 100% sure, personally having no insurance I always use Walmart) and other discount programs, so please check your options and prices before going to a crappy place that DOES NOT care about you or their jobs like Tilmans Corner Walgreens.
Also, at Tilmans Corner Walgreens, please be weary of the homeless begging and stealing. That's a whole different reason to avoid that Walgreens.
I hope and pray this update and review help many because Tilmans Corner Walgreens for sure is not helping. After a long run caring for a cancer patient and ill parents, I have learned my lesson. The best I can do is help others stay away from the problems I faced at this one single Walgreens location. Tilmans Corner Walgreens is far from worth the hassle they always give.
One last tip of advice, if you do NOT have insurance (even Medicare or Medicaid) please check out the Victory Health clinic as they ONLY accept uninsured patients and can help you apply for prescription assistance IF available.

Absolutely dropped the ball!! I dropped off my prescription to be transferred at 3 pm. Came back at 6 pm to the pharmacists saying "I thought you called" to each other. Ok let's call now, after original pharmacy is already closed. I'm in Mobile working and I let the girl know when I dropped it off. Now I don't have my medication for tonight and all they cared about was making fun of the pharmacy name (Lee & Pickes) I chose Walgreens because I thought they were reputable but boy was I wrong! I will never use Walgreens again!!!

I'd like to take a minute and get a huge shout out to this Walgreens location every single person that works there from the pharmacy department to the main. Walgreens department was absolutely amazing accommodating polite, extremely helpful. I was in a bind with the prescription situation the head pharmacist was so beautiful and amazing beautiful person, the other pharmacist and pharmacist text were also extremely polite and helpful and understanding. Due to the system of nature of my type of prescription needs it's somewhat can be viewed as it has in the past when I've been in a pinch and need to go to a pharmacist I don't use regularly, it's not looked at in a way that is combating that has a lot to do with society and taboo and peoples misunderstanding of things. But there was none of that there. If anything they went above me on help me make sure I got what I need. I greatly appreciate it then on the main Walgreens floor all of the folks were great from the Hallmark lady that was there working on behalf of Hallmark and stocking cards. She was so amazing a beautiful Little thing just cutest can be so helpful and out of her way to help me with what I needed and she didn't even necessarily work for Walgreens. To the cashier who I've dealt with a few times and she is always such a lovely person. To RJ working out on the floor Getting everything done right stocking things helping me with getting into the restroom. Just a super cool, nice polite guy. This guy is a manager he definitely needs to be looked at one for potential and definitely get MRA get all these people raise. Everybody needs to be paid more. They all go above and beyond they're working for this giant corporation, they all need to get a raise because you want to keep your people when you have good people and shoppers appreciate that sort of thing and definitely get these folks some more money. They deserve it. Thanks again everyone have a beautiful day and definitely come to Walgreens if you're in the area and are inof their services.

We turned out prescription in she looked something up said it would be around 15 minutes. We waited around 25 minutes. Girl was like what you waiting on. Told her, she walked back and got our prescription and said we don't have it. Asked if we could get it at another, gave some other stores and then we asked if she had an idea how much...no she said. Could of said with out running through I am unsure. So, as I needed the antibiotics we had to call the other stores ourselves, where no one would answer their phone. Not cool

My prescription is FIASP which is made by Novato. They gave me regular Novato in place of the FIASP. It dosen't work the same and it has caused me to bottom out several times in the middle of the night. I talked to them but they won't take the rest of the Novato back. I won't be doing business with this store anymore. I will be making a formal complaint.

The pharmacy area is clean the pharmacist is very informative about knowledge of customer s medication. It shouldn't take 3 hours to do a refill and or take about 1 week to get doctor call in another meds cuz medical card wouldn't pay for the first one... Quick at getting a print out of meds.. bathroom clean and in working order. Parking lot is tidy

It was my life long dream to have Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy which has dissolved every nerve ending in my body with immunotherapy cancer treatments and left me in a torturous agony 24/7 so I could battle with a pharmacy every month for the medication that keeps me from wanting to kill myself!
