I'd give this location a minus if I could. All I wanted to do is inquire whether a prescription had been called in.....over an hour later and nothing yet as I'm writing this review. Just as some of the previous posts, I have nothing to say that would look like an improvement. As far as I am concerned, this place should be closed down for good. And attitude, (when they finally picked up the call) well I'm not even going there, as I guess you all have the jist of my complaint. Do yourself a HUGH favour...drive further if you must, but let's collectively as a community keep from utilizing this location.

2050 government st is horrible, spent over 1.5 hours on the phone trying to get home delivery on a call in prescription, only to be told I had to use the app. They hung up on me several times. The app only allows you to request home delivery on automatic refills. Spent another 1/2 hour on phone trying to get thru to them, then drove over and picked up my prescription...all family member very sick, we don't need that level of stress.

Walgreens at the loop is the worst. They won't answer the phone, and then hang up on you. Horrible service!

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever used. The average wait times for drop off and fill times are measured in the hours. Average pick up time is 30 minutes minimum. Customer service is lacking. The staff just seems to lack any desire to speed up, which is disappointing. I will not return.
