I go into this store today and the customer service rep is YELLING HELLO WHAT BRINGS YOU IN TODAY 3x. I’m on my phone, I go straight to get what I came in for and she is still YELLING - WHAT CAN I HELP YOU FIND. I had picked my purchase off the shelf , turn around and she is in my face - toe to toe still YELLING, IS THAT WHAT YOU CAME IN FOR, I’LL MEET YOU AT THE REGISTER. I’ve been her frequently, this is how I know where the product is. She has never been this RUDE. Always rude but not like today. NEVER GOING BACK IN STORE! Will order online

Needed sinus medicine in a hurry since I was going out of town. I mapped a place online and found this vitamin shoppe. It was nice and clean and the lady I forgot her name but she was really helpful to me and my friend. She also recommended some else that I can try.

I hauled my 5 children (2 are sick which is why I placed the order) 40 minutes to pick up my 2 orders from here only for the doors to be locked and a sign saying we will be back!

First off I love their huge selection of products and various brands. I went in the other day and got so much knowledge from their manager Shunta on starting a cleanse and the steps to take afterwards with various products. This health and wellness is a journey and its great to have such knowledgeable people on it with you. All the associates are very nice.

I love Vitamin Shoppe. I especially like the herbal selections and the homeopathic remedies. I do wish they would restock the homeopathic remedies more often since they seem to run out quickly. I do take advantage of their clearance sales while I'm there.

A black employee at the store accused me of bothering customers. But in fact I bothered no one. This was my second time visiting the store and I wanted to check out vitamins for hair. I have a miniature fro. Omega three's is what I believe is the product I was shopping for. The staff was rude and are deciving. I had a great day the store last Wednesday looking at protein powder. In fact I rather work at this store because of sound judgement. And i meditate on Sound Doctorine, which is the full Word of God. The two employees tonight were harmful. A snake couldn't even get me this heated. Plus the employee is a deciver just from her Character. And I hate snakes. Just comparing the way I was treated. Please look into the mission statement for justice. I've been using vitamins and supplements for a long time on and off. Everything from protein powder to green yucky shakes back in 2005. Infact I'm doing my wellness shopping at the GNC store. God bless to all.

Not a negative comment that i could make!!! SO VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE KNOWLEDGE THE EMPLOYEES HAVE!!!! I learned so much So Much!!! They Knew Exactly What i needed and didnt need when comparing nutrients and supplements.!! They DID NOT PUSH A SINGLE ITEM ON TO ME!!! My eyes were opened to KNOWLEDGE I never knew but needed to know with what proteins and supplements i was in need of and found out the products i didnt need..!!! Pricing Great - Deals Great and on the regular basis!!! Love that i finally was introduced to The Vitamin Shop!!!!!! No more GNC !!! No More Health Hut!!! KNOWLEDGE IS POWER & Now i have it thanks to The Vitamin Shop!!!! AAAAA++++++
