Very friendly staff. Came in for help getting my new phone set up and the employee who assisted me was so great. I didn't catch her name, but she was so personable and easy to talk to. If I ever need to come back, I'm looking for her!

Thank you to the guys and gals at the Airport and schillinger location today!! They helped me get a new phone and they were super friendly!! We have never regretted switching from AT&T to Verizon!! Much better service and coverage. Not to mention MUCH better customer service!!!

No one should use version they have raised the price of the phones to 4 to 5 hundred when it says online 76 dollars

I had used Verizon wireless for a few years but with limited income I changed to a lesser expense carrier. I had overpaid by over $200 but they refused to return my overpayment. I was told it would take three billings cycles but That has already happened.If I owed them it would not be the same way. I hope to get my refund soon but SO FAR VERIZON HAS REFUSED MY REQUEST.

Verizon accepted an address on my account that wasn’t my address. It allowed an individual to steal my identity and later use my identity to commit a crime. Nothing like losing $21000+ and almost getting 7 years in prison for a crime someone committed against me. Thanks Verizon!
