Some older guy just tried to mansplain cellular signals to my husband, the corporate NSA admin who specializes in remote networking. Some older scrawny guy with a dry beard and gaudy pinky ring who whipped out his S23 and used voice commands like it was something special, sorry we have iPhones worth more than your android or is that what gave you the attitude from the get go?

I go to this location once a month to pay my cell phone bill, it is convenient for me to go in and go to the kosh to pay the bill and dont have to worry about it getting lost in the mail, and dont have to bother with and agent, Thank you for the convenience

Nothing I enjoy more than coming in to ask about Apple Watches just to have the associate roll her eyes at me as I approached. Certainly missed out on a sale as I would’ve loved more information and was looking forward to walking out with one today. I’ll be sure to go out of my way to a different Verizon store next time.

It was so nice to walk in today and be greeted by Jimmy with a smile. I was upset that my phone just out of nowhere decided to stop working. Of course after reminding me that my phone was ancient and a few laughs later he was able to fix my oldie within minutes. Thank you again Jimmy for all your help and your wonderful customer service.

Walked in greeted by employee, told someone would be right with me. A group of 3 walked in minutes behind me, they were told same thing by same person. After about 5 min, she walked to the 3 behind me and started helping them. I promise you this, she knew I was first, we made eyecontact several times. I then had another gentleman wanting to check me in, to wait longer of course. No, no and no!! His reaction was, ohh it must have been a mistake...?? come on!! I am a 47 yr old and can clearly recognize what just happened. I spoke my piece, and hope someone actually understands what I am saying here. I definitely was purposely forgotten. I wasn't born yesterday. I recognized right away what hapened and will NEVER give this store my business again because of it. I walked in to buy 2 new phones, certainly hope it was worth the discrimination!! Black, white, tan, shouldn't matter, but I guess in this store it does. Really starting to think Verizon wants me to check out T-Mobile.
