155 Water St, Mobile“Great staff. Go above and beyond. Very cool and informative place. Could have stayed all day. Good for older kids and tweens. Lots of interactive kiosks. Great information on how our maritime systems work. Great information about E.O. WILSON and our eco systems. Plant and animals that inhabit Alabama. Very informative and educational. Very hands on and educational and FUN. elevator and lots of space. Children's play and rest area. Even have costumes so they can dress up. Staff willing to help. Very nice. Just a wonderful place. I love this place. Would go every day I could. Wonderful awesome place. Bathroom clean. All well kept. Bathroom is all done in nautical bath tiles. Adorable. We bought a two day multi pass battleship and this was included but both have a lot to see and we spent almost four hours at each and still didn't get to see it all. I love the multi pass saves some cash.”
“I Love this place, is totally accesible, the client service is really fast and with excellent attention, and they have all the installations very clean. For sure you're going to enjoy.”
“Beautiful view, make sure you specifically request a Riverview room. My husband loved the view, the windows were floor to ceiling. The pool area was fantastic, they have a small splash pad for the kids which my son loved. Make sure to get more than one room key if it’s more than one of you bc you need it to go anywhere in the elevator. Loved that the pool had on site bathrooms with 3-4 stalls in the women’s so your not waiting soaken wet to use the restroom. The only thing I did not like about this hotel was the cleaning lady knocking on my door and then opening it before I could even get to the door to ask when I am leaving. First off I had already requested a late check out and wasn’t leaving until 12:30 & it was like 9 in the morning. Secondly what if I had been naked or something. Crazy.”

“Great family fun that doesn't cost an arm and a leg. My daughter loves this place and that's good enough for me. The okay area gives parents the benefit of having a seated area that let's the kids run wild while Mom and Dad rest their feet whilst still having a clear view, and being within an earshot of the children.”
“participated in a job fair here. not a big turnout for the event, and driving there was a little out of the way, but it was pretty inside and out. plus disco ball”
“What a wonderful little museum. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and wonderful peer into history. Or guide was very kind and she made us wonderful tea. Thank you for a wonderful experience!”

111 Dauphin St, Mobile“I purchased an original piece of art from Sophieella and needed to have it shipped to Virginia. When my art work arrived, I was delighted to find it in pristine condition. My entire experience with them was truly an enriching experience. They feature local artists with impressive collections and the presentation of the art is impeccable.”
“We had an issue figuring out the television, help came IMMEDIATELY after calling and figured it out, simple. We needed a microwave to make a bottle for the baby to sleep, it was in our room within MINUTES. Chris White at the front desk was SO HELPFUL, above and beyond. We are currently staying here so I hope the amazing service lasts our whole trip, I have no doubt at all that it will!”
“Was providing DJ services to a corporate event, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The building is starting too show its age, but it's still a great venue.”

5441 US-90, Mobile“Great place for used/new items. Most of the larger items are customer returns. The people who work there are great....only suggestion would be to make sure your item fully works before u leave. I just got a Samsung microwave that looked brand new ....plastic still on it...didn't take it fully out the box just plugged it up to make sure it came on and left. The door doesn't work properly?....also bought a fan that doesn't work....I live to far to return....again great company just make sure everything works. Not sure why these items are not checked ahead of time though. ? ?\\u200d♂️”

The only thing is that AC pretty smelly.
Not enough maintenance in time.”

5190 Motel Ct, Mobile“Check in was easy and the room was clean and updated with good amenities. There's a gym on site and an outdoor pool area. The business area seems updated and there's a full breakfast.
There is a lot of construction on other hotels in the area, but none of that disturbed us. It is on the side of Mobile opposite of the attractions and Downtown so it was about a 15 minute drive to get to everything we were doing, but that was not that bad.”

5465 Hwy 90 W, Government Blvd, Mobile“Service was amazing. I was worried after reading reviews after booking through Hotwire. Are the rooms pristinely clean? No, but they are clean enough. I felt comfortable letting my 2 year old run around. There was a musty smell to the room, but I got air sanitizer spray and it went away quickly. My family will definitely stay here again on future visits to the area.”

3101 Airport Blvd, Mobile“We were passing through the city, stayed for 2 nights. The hotel looked renovated, quite decent large rooms. We booked a room with one bed, they gave us a room with two, in general not a problem, of course, but so-so option. The deposit of $ 100 was returned immediately after check-out within 2/3 hours. The room looked good, but there were no bathrobes, slippers, and a kettle in the room. Dust at the head of the bed is not a very pleasant feeling. The rug by the bed was also not clean, and there are no slippers ?♀️ I did not feel very good about this. I was also very surprised that there was no water in the room, a hotel of this level did not provide regular water - strange, there was nothing to wash down the pill with, since we did not expect this. And my wife and I did not want to run somewhere at night.”

80 Springdale Blvd, Mobile“Loved the staff. They were very sweet. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. They kept it open later than posted for guest that were running behind. Seems to be a tad bit understaffed at times however they get the job done! Enjoyed our 3 day stay and our kids enjoyed the environment. Quiet hotel, clean rooms and accommodating staff.”
“We came for a children's volleyball tournament. Parking was messy, the hall has upgrades under way, and the out door areas were not set up for use.
The food service was decent, at least. Long lines, but moved quickly and food quality was good. It was nice to have some options from pretzels to chips to pickles.”
