WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED. THE SERVICE REP. WITH THR BEARD EVEN REFUSED TO GIVE HIS NAME SO I COULD TALK TO THE POSTMASTER ABOUT HIS BEHAVIOR. EVERYONE IS NOT CUT OUT FOR PUBLIC SERVICE, HE NEEDS TO BE REASSIGNED TO THE DISTRIBUTION CENTER!
I'M A SENIOR CITIZEN AND DISABLED VETERAN, I DESERVE RESPECT I PAID FOR IT IN BLOOD!

Absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t go here if you’re having a good day, because it’ll get ruined very quickly. The lady was on her phone for several minutes before she even addressed me, then had an attitude and was rude to me the entire time. Thankfully a nice gentlemen came out to finish checking me out after I taped up my box with tape I had to purchase. Please do yourself a favor and go to any other location but this one.

John B. was awesome in how he multi-tasked and addressed each person who was waiting to see if he could tend to them quickly or he reassured them that it will only be a little wait. Keep him happy!! Excellent employee!

Literally one of the WORST locations I have ever been to. Their customer service sucks, and the representative who wears the lopsided wig with the mask is so rude. She snatched my package out of my hand and then refused to serve me all because I wouldn’t buy tape. I told her I never had to buy tape, someone usually just tapes it. This is my third time returning a package from this company, so I know! There was clear tape sitting on the front desk counter and I asked to use it just to tape up a really small package with only two shirts in it. Not only did I waste my gas; however, I wasn’t treated like a customer when I walked in.

Good to know before you go, this location charges for use of any tape unless you are shipping priority. I will know for future, if I drop off packages there to tape it at home, because 1 strip of tape was $1 at this location.

The two employees working late afternoon on 8/10 were so fantastic. I have been in there with them working before and they make going to the post office a wonderful experience! I was greeted with smiles and warm service from start to fish. Thank you!

My favorite post office. Got something mailed with certified mail with signature required, so much cheaper then Fed Ex. I got some really cute stamps, too. Mailed a package to a friend, I was able to do four separate transactions for only $32, not bad.
