The woman working here at this location is absolutely wonderful. So kind and helpful. I think her name is Aretha. Thanks for all you do!

Older lady refused to help me with change of address forms and said I needed to go to my Chunchula post office to do it. She was nice but VERY LAZY!!! OLDER AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMAN, WEARING A MASK

There were several people in line and one person at the counter. The guy was handling everything with a smile and efficiency that is hardly seen these days. I'm impressed ?

ARETHA is the most rudest, nastiest attitude having employee, with very poor customer service skills. She stated that customers are not a priority and she will take her time doing other things around the branch before getting to the customer so they can wait until she gets to them. She said she doesn’t care about a complaint being filed because nothing is going to happen to her. She also stated her supervisor told her to complete other tasks before taking care of the customers that we can wait. This lady yelled and cursed at me while rushing me to complete my transaction. Aretha needs to be FIREDDD!! Her behavior was COMPLETELY unacceptable and she needs to be reprimanded!

There's a lady there with the nastiest attitude. If this is the typical quality of person the USPS employs, I can understand why they are hurting for business. I won't buy so much as a stamp from them if I can avoid it.

What an interesting little post office in the Crichton area of Mobile. I needed to mail out my Christmas cards, which I had accidentally spilled water all over earlier that day. I went in and there was no one in line so I went straight to the window. I bought 30 stamps as well as a cute card. Who knew you could buy cards at the post office? They have a decent selection and they're fairly inexpensive. I told the lady at the window that I was totally blaming that spilled water on the post office. She smiled and winked and told me to bring them inside to the window next time instead of dropping them in the outside box. I put stamps on my cards and dropped them in the inside box and was on my way within just a few minutes. The runner at my office recommended this post office because he said it's never busy, and he was right. The post lady was super friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately, after close inspection of the nearby trees, I had no luck finding the elusive Mobile leprechaun. Maybe I'll go back in March. ;)

Won't bring packages to the door so we have to pick them up. Weird hours, and mail carrier leaves box open in the rain!
