This USPS location never delivers packages on time.
Reason given “Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not accessible”.
Really, They need access to front door!
My house is off of major street in west mobile with open driveway, what kinda access do you need.
They have misplaced important documents in the past.
They need to improve a lot if they are providing services to majority neighborhoods in west Mobile.

The employees at the desk here are great! Always so polite and patient. They are so overworked due to the location serving a larger populous than it should be. Another location really needs to be opened in the very rapidly growing west Mobile area. The whole area needs to rezoned really.

This was the first time using this USPS location. It was packed. I stood in line behind 6 people with about 4 more that came in after me. However, the line moved quickly as Danielle did her best to assist everyone. She was the only one working the counter and despite being very busy she remained happy to help, professional and kept a smile on her face the whole time.
Thanks for keeping a positive spirit, it didn’t go unnoticed!

This is the worst USPS location in Mobile. There is always a long line, everyone is in a horrible mood (probably due to the chaos), and the cart for drop off items that don't require a receipt is always overflowing. I'm sure others would agree that you only end up putting your item into the overflowing cart, because the wait for a receipt is outrageous. I've had issues with about 20% of the items i have shipped from this location regardless. The parking is also very tight.

It's very sad to see that at this time of the year they only have 1 person working and a lady standing around while people are lined out of the door. They need more help

This is one of the worst locations (really I don’t care for any in Mobile). The hours are ridiculous. If you work, good luck making time to get here before they close. I’ve never had to be late to work to go to the post office (get a freaking kiosk or open earlier/close later). Then the mail person was running severely behind on 10/10/23. I was at home when they arrived yet I guess because they had to go up a hill, they decided to lie and say they attempted to deliver my package (they delivered only parts of the packages that would fit in my mailbox) and now I’m stuck trying to miss work to retrieve a package that should have been delivered. I don’t get to lie on my job and say I did something when I didn’t.

They keep mixing up my mail and my neighbors mail because we have the same last name. This is crazy. We have missed some very important pieces of mail because of this.

i put a prepaid package in my mailbox with the flag up, it needed to be sent off in a timely manner in order to not get charged for the items inside the package. instead of taking it, the mail person must have thought it would simply be too much work to take it, but certainly not too much work to literally stuff and crumple todays mail into the box, with the package. I have had nothing but issues with this post office for the last 3 years and since we’re moving soon I can’t WAIT until this is no longer my problem!

I had a package delivered yesterday and destroyed doesn't even explain it. It was very obvious that the box had been left in the rain. Instead of getting in touch with me the post office wrapped it in plastic with an apology for any inconvenience. In my opinion they don't even deserve one star.

Packages have a tendency to arrive in mobile and then will do a full cross country tour prior to arriving to the original destination of my address in Mobile, two weeks later.
