The employees at the desk here are great! Always so polite and patient. They are so overworked due to the location serving a larger populous than it should be. Another location really needs to be opened in the very rapidly growing west Mobile area. The whole area needs to rezoned really.

It's very sad to see that at this time of the year they only have 1 person working and a lady standing around while people are lined out of the door. They need more help

This is a extremely small post office however Crystal and the other staff members really try to take care of every customer. Despite the long lines at times, everyone is taken care of.
