The worse post office ever. My floors are getting redone I haven’t even moved and they took upon their self to send my package back . Now I have to pay a re delivery fee. How inconvenient. They can’t even find the package. This is the 2nd time they’ve stolen my package.

This post office is the worst. Not only have they left packages at the wrong address repeatedly, the staff lies about recovering the items and delivering. Phone calls are not returned as promised. Still waiting for my package. Would give them a zero if it was available.

Missing packages and missing mail has been the norm for over 4 years. Mysteriously packages disappear and reappear especially late night or over the weekend. The staff is more offended than compassionate. Since recording have helped in previous encounters, the thieves have decided to report package delivery issues because of "insufficient address" but no details of the insufficiency (zip code, street address, etc) and report the package return wasto sender. However no packages are returned. Junk mail is shoved in the box but important mail is "insufficient". Someone needs to be held accountable.

LOVE the staff here! always friendly and helpful!IF i had something detrimental to say it's the old and shabby lobby and counter area, but that doesn't impact me as much as great staff!

Awful employees. My tracking says that USPS picked up my package but the worker was trying to tell me the shipper never dropped off the package- only the label was created.

Worst mail delivery for years. I have not received my mail for 2-3 days and I have USPS informed delivery and it shows I have mail coming for those days. Have not received anything yet.When I ask to hold mail they deliver it. When I ask to resume they do not. They have delivered my mail multiple times to the wrong address and some were sensitive mail.Most times my mail comes after 7 or 8 pm and sometimes not at all. I really needed a piece of the mail that has not been. delivered yet.

This is so convenient for us! Everyone is always so nice and helpful. People in general are in such a rush. Why should you be rude when someone is helping you. I have been using this location for 20 years and have nothing but praise and respect for the employees. Thank you for your service to our community!

The super rude old lady demanded I needed to show tracking on a gift from Amazon that someone sent my daughter. When she went and checked she “didn’t have one” but when I came back with the note they left in my mailbox they magically found it.

The Old Shell location usually has a line whenever I visit especially in the morning. The service is very slow but the staff is extremely nice which balances it out. If you have prepaid drop-offs then you shouldn't have any issues with waiting but if you're in a rush or short on time then I wouldn't recommend this location.
