Shipped a 2lb packe from there said no to insurance since the value was only 20 dollars. They shipped with insurance a a required signature which I did not ask for and caused a lot of unnecessary issue with the receiver who was at the hospital during the day with his wife who had a serious surgery for cancer. Shame on you. I have always used UPS, but never again. They also will not answer the phone to customers calling.

I was in this Store two days in a row over the same transaction. I was waited on by two different women. These ladies were very professional and took care of my needs. I will definitely visit this store again.

The ladies at this store are rude and miserable. No common courtesy (like a hello or good Morning). Total lack of customer service skills. I'm surprised after so many bad reviews they still have a job. The issue now is not on them, is with corporate for not taking proper action.

The workers at this location are extremely rude ! When you tell them that the products in the boxes are fragile. The workers do not treat them as such. One of the workers were literally slinging customer's boxes on the floor. They are also over charging as well. The entire location needs a complete investigation and maybe an over haul. I'm also going to write a letter to corporate!!!!!Something has to be done about the employees at this location,they lack accountability.

Went in to mail an envelope to California. Weighed less than a half oz. The girl calmly quoted me $73. I laughed and said I'll just go to the post office. It stunk in there really bad too! Paid less than five bucks at the post office and it got there In two days.

I’m in agreement with several others posting about the girls there being very unfriendly and rude. They don’t speak to you when you speak to them and when you thank them no response. I have since changed my ups store to the one at University Blvd.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Rude, disrespectful and useless! Will not help customers at all. I understand they probably get a lot of Amazon returns that causes them extra work etc but the way they behave towards innocent paying customers is shameful! The blonde girl has the worst attitude and seems miserable. She would not help hold a box so I could tape it, that’s fine, but to turn around while I was struggling to play on your phone?!? What’s wrong with humanity. The other person with the blonde streaks in the front of her hair wasn’t helpful either. They both have terrible attitudes and do not belong working with public. I left there shaking, and had to spend more of my money for printing copies (when I had one already but it wasn’t good enough) and tape. I will NEVER use this store again, I will drive across town to where decent people work. These ladies have been there a long time, always the same attitude so management must be onboard. I will not support this.

Rude and extremely disrespectful to their customers. The supervisor Autumn thinks she can talk crazy to people. I have never been treated this way at any store. I will take my shipping to Fed Ex for my online store. I have closed my business account. You can thank Autumn personally. I was called, “ just another d*** Amazon customer” She then kept talking horrible about me a delivery driver. There was three other customers that heard her.

I went to this store on July 13, 2023, the lady working the counter was very rude. the package I was shipping she picked it up off the counter and just threw is on the floor. when I asked about insurance coverage she advised she did not know. I stated well you just threw my package on the floor she never looked at me and said oh I am sorry. I can never get anyone to answer the phone I have called several times a day. how can I get in touch with someone to contact me

Unfortunately I have to come in this store to do Amazon returns for my entire family. That being said I have visited this location dozens of times. Not ever are you greeted, smiled at, or thanked. God forbid you have a question. These are the most miserable employees you could ever deal with in all of South Alabama. Go somewhere else if you can.

Want to charge you 6.50 to print the label for you and no ups standard envelope which is free they don’t cary them so they could force you to buy envelope and tapes for way over pricedUse another company usps or FedEx

I went to this location to drop off an Amazon return. Previously, at other stores, they have either scanned my barcode from my phone or had me email it to them and they printed it out for me. At this location they charge $7.70 for that. $7.70 for literally 1 sheet of paper just seems way too much.
