This location does not adhere to their own advertised hours of operation. Two other customers along with myself, waited 15 minutes, and the store still was NOT open. I suggest using another location, as this location is unreliable.

Each time I have used this location, the staff is friendly, very helpful, offered other services. Location is super convenient! Mostly used for ups shipping and Amazon drop offs.

Staff is very rude and not at all helpful. Definitely don't take your Amazon returns here. Amazon may say you don't need a box, but the store will. I recommend going to the store in Pascagoula.

This particular UPS store had clerks who did not know how amazon returns work and refused to scan my return barcode at all.

This location will over charge you for everything. Tried to charge me $4 to print a label I already paid for, when I already had a barcode. Took it to another UPS store, and they printed it no problem, with no charge.A couple weeks ago they overcharged me $15 for a shipment. I know this because I shipped two of the same items to the same address, with the same dimensions, same weight, and the other UPS store was $15 lower.It’s unfortunate that this one is pretty convenient for me, but I will be going out of my way to make sure I don’t go back to this specific location.Edit to respond to Owner’s comments:Yes, I understand each are owned and operated separately, but that doesn’t give you the right to gouge prices and charge ridiculously high shipping fees with “added services” without telling the consumer what it is for. And then charging $4 to just print a pre-purchased label? Your cost on that paper and ink has to be less than $.01. You gotta be joking!

Made an appt for notary services. Waited 15 minutes until another employee showed up to help me. I told him I had an appt that was 15 min ago, he proceeded to question that I had an appt. The document I had, had an error that he pointed out so I asked could I reprint it or whatever is quicker because I made the appointment for a time reason and it has been 20min at this point. He told me they don’t usually do notary services on Saturday, i then showed him my appointment confirmation and he continues to say they don’t usually offer those services on Saturday. I asked for managers information so I can let them know that customers are allowed to book appointments and services on days this location supposedly does not usually offer. He never gave me the info and asked another employee to help me. I was charged a “digital file opening” fee of $4 in which I was told it was a fee for simply opening the email I sent, not to print the document, just to open it. The reviews say a lot about this location.

They tried to charge me to print out a prepaid UPS label. I ship things on a weekly basis and never has any carrier (not even USPS) tried to charge me to print out a label that’s already been paid for.Bonus points: they were incredibly rude about it. I’ll be happy to drive an extra 5 minutes to FedEx moving forward!

This is by far the worst of the worse Ups store I’ve ever visited since I’ve relocated from Huntsville. The customer service was awful. I literally thought the manager was being a racist and trying to capitalize off of me ( like I didn’t know what I was doing) but in reading the reviews now I know he’s just a rude person. I was returning a box to Amazon. I came to this particular location because it’s the closest to our home and my husband and I have returned items there before. Never Again! The manager is an incompetent liar stating that I had to purchase a new box, well I was returning the box in the same condition that it was delivered to us. If I could give them zero stars I would. Anyway Amazon was very helpful with us getting our package returned.

This is my second time coming to this UPS. The first time I came I had all prepaid prepared items with labels. The woman who I believe is the owners wife. She was incompetent! Didn't understand how to process anything. When I provided direction (direct, and transparent but, not rude.) she was defensive and the husband came over to complete the transaction. Never apologized for his incompetent wife. Just took over and was a little snippy. All the while this was there incompetence! Today, I came in providing another opportunity. Trying to get documents notarized. The owner was assisting this frazzled patron who he made sure I was aware she was next. I stood there long enough for him to notarize these basic documents. She comes in along with two other patrons. He took the person who came in after me. I said I was next. He says it's on a priority basis then proceeds to take care of him. Then ask if I want to make an appointment. This place is a joke. Go to FedEx for shipping needs and the bank or other notaries for that service. I'm also reporting these instances to UPS. Horrible customer service! Wouldn't spend Monopoly money here

Read the reviews. anytime a business argues with a customer on a review you know the business doesn’t care about the consumer. The owner is rude condescending and lacks customer service. As you can see in previous reviews he (the owner )doesn’t care to fix problems he’s even gone to say “oh there are other ups stores you can go to” basically take your business elsewhere. When explaining the problem he kept cutting me off and even laughed in my face while I was trying to figure out how to resolve an issue that at the time seamed to not even be ups fault (which I understood AND I STATED as I wasn’t trying to be difficult just return a package as instructed) literally just took assistance from a nicer more patient more EMPATHETIC employee. Will never return so you (the owner) can save your response this isn’t a debate it’s a review.

Only used this location twice (usually use the other Airport Blvd location or Tillman’s Corner) and BOTH times, the items did not make it to their destination. Over $200 worth of items total. The owner/manager said there was nothing he could do because of their policy, and proceeded to talk over me rudely when I tried to tell him this has happened more than once at his store.I usually never leave a negative review because I know the impact it can have on a business, but I don’t want others to have to deal with this issue. I will not be using this location anymore, due to the unprofessionalism of the owner and multiple packages that have been lost.

Wonderful staff here that are pleasant and professional. I have come to this UPS Store for 5+ years, probably 4-5 times a year and I don't think I've had a bad experience here other than a slightly long line only a few times. In general, great staff and store :)

I went into this location to ship a total of 24 items (18 of the 24 were laptops). I was asked to put take on each box. I proceeded to use the tape I purched to close the boxes, he went to the back. When he returned he began opening the boxes and when I asked why did you have me tape them, he said I want to make sure you did not put extra stuff in the boxes. At this point I am insulted and humiliated, there were several people in the store and he asked if I wanted to ship them somewhere else.His behavior was EXTREMELY disrespectful and unwarranted. I am not forced to take my business elsewhere because this is not how you treat customers. I demand that the corporate office look into this situation and have this manager reviewed.
