The cashier was awesome. I left some items and purchased a box. She wrapped them in bubble wrap and kept them safe. Thank you for the extra effort! Wish I knew her name . Definitely give a her a 5/5 and a high five.

I believe her name was Jemini, but she was incredibly nice and composed and respectful to everyone and helped a big crowd during a rush, she was the definition of amazing respect and customer service beyond belief, I want to be more like her in life she was so nice and poised I know she is going great places!!! She helped me with my fingerprint, but she helped me more with seeing how to handle pressure situations and help others with your presence and composure!!!!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Do not like this Airport location! Always rude every single time I come here. Customer service is awful they won’t even use a simple piece of tape to tape your package. They find any reason to complain about your package. I will bypass this location and travel to Schillinger rd than to stop here. Schillinger location moves fast they are all friendly and those women never give any problems!!!

I Have had a great experience in the past with the owner and a female that wears a hijab but there is anew African young man that has poor customer service so I decided to go back to doing business at the loop location. All of their clerks have good customer service from my experience. This location needs to improve customer relations as gathered from other reviews and my recent experience.

The staff is always friendly and courteous. I'm there at least twice a week and they usually pack my items for me. If you ship a lot those packing materials start adding up fast if you try to do it yourself. I never have to wait more than a few minutes for service and I can't say about some of the other stores where there can be a line out the door. Great location great service!

I have to brag on this store. They always greet me by name and are so friendly and personable as well as knowledgeable. But today, I have to add, honest. I left my debit card there, and they took the time to get my phone number and called me to tell me it was there. They were so nice when I walked in, and they handed it to me. Thank you, UPS Store 2350.

AWEFUL experience with a package here! If you have a USPS package, no matter the inconvenience take it to the post office, they overcharge per UPSPS! I can I say the owner /manager of this location has the worst attitude!! His job is to resolve his customers issues with respect & kindness to the best of his ability! Why do people feel as if they can be so rude when you are patronizing their establishments! Took a package was told it would arrive @ its location on a Wednesday it now the following Monday a week later & the package is just getting to its destination!, I deserve a reimbursement for the postage for a service that was late not by my own fault! So a 3 way call with this store & USPS to the store owner/manager & he was the rudest individual, she even asked for the corporate number & he said I don’t have it & hung up! His behavior is unacceptable for someone with a business!

Usually the experience is quite pleasant, I have returned items there several times. However today the manger on duty was very combative and snappy in her responses. I do not enjoy going to establishments and being spoke to in a aggressive manner when I am only inquiring about the shipping process. Hopefully when I return the environment is not hostile.

This location is convenient from my workplace but will no longer go there. There is a man who works there who finds something wrong with packages I am returning to Amazon the same way they were sent to me. Wants to sell me proper packaging. Actually refused to accept a package because it wasn’t taped. Took the same package to Saraland UPS who said it didn’t need to be taped and took care of the return in a matter of minutes.

The people who work here are so polite and have tons of patience. While sometimes certain requests can take longer to do, they've kept their cool with some impatient customers. They also offer notary services and are a drop off point for certain companies to return or ship items.
