The people who work here are so polite and have tons of patience. While sometimes certain requests can take longer to do, they've kept their cool with some impatient customers. They also offer notary services and are a drop off point for certain companies to return or ship items.

This place is a scam. I had a pre paid label on a package of mine to send out meaning all I had to do was drop off and they told me “this isn’t packaged correctly so we can’t ship it like this you’d need to get a box and re pack it”
I said no problem I’ll go to another UPS.
Went down the road and didn’t have any issue at all dropping the package off at another UPS. This place just wants you to spend money on their packaging ?included is the drop off receipt from the second UPS.

The guy at counter charged me for a bubble mailer when he in fact put the item into one of their free poly mailer bags. When I questioned about the receipt saying bubble mailer and asked for a refund he said the item was already used. He is the one that placed the item in the package and sealed it, then told me there was a $4.38 charge. He is a thief and business should not be allowed to do that. I even called another location that confirmed the poly mailers are FREE!! It was an Amazon return that was originally shipped in that exact same packing. Such a scam and shame on UPS for allowing locations to treat their customers like that.

I have been shipping packages through this store for years. Always excellent service. They make sure to acknowledge your presence upon walking in. Very polite interaction always.

Terrible Owner/Manager (Mr.Rasool). Terrible customer service (Mr.Rasool). I DO NOT RECOMMEND. PLEASE READ.
This was my first encounter with Mr. Rasool and it was not a pleasant one. The Google reviews of this UPS store (#2350) are appalling and the fact that the owners see no wrong in their behavior is disgusting. I now feel the need to share my April 13, 2024 experience of him and his store to alert future customers.
For starters, there was a mistake on my end regarding my PO Box account. In order to renew your PO Box, you have to either physically walk into a store or call in. I am out of state, so I called in but I called the wrong UPS store telephone number. I accidentally called Mr. Rasool's location without knowing and renewed what I thought was my PO Box. When I received the receipt via email, I noticed a discrepancy with the UPS store address and realized I had called the wrong store. While this was a mistake on my end, in hindsight, this exposes a HUGE flaw in the UPS store mailbox renewal and transaction process. Nonetheless, I alerted my credit card company of the situation and they advised me on what to do. I then contacted Mr. Rasool's UPS store again and was able to talk to the employee who handled the transaction. The charge was cancelled and was pending reversal. She was very nice and handled everything professionally.
A day later, Ghulam Rasool, the owner and manager of UPS store #2350, left a nasty voicemail on my phone, so I returned his call. The exchange was absolutely terrible. I explained to him the mistake and told him that the credit card company advises him to wait 3 business days for everything to clear.
Do you know what this man said to me? And I quote: "I don't care what you're saying. I don't see that on my end. We credited you money that doesn't belong to you but I will get it back. I will recharge your card again in 24 hours. I am done talking with you. This conversation is over" and he hung up the phone. This man believes he can re-charge my card whenever he pleases. NO SIR, NO YOU WONT. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I immediately contacted my credit card company and they stated this would be considered fraud and any future charges would be unauthorized charges by Mr. Rasool and his UPS Store #2350.
I called the UPS store once again to inform Mr. Rasool that he should wait 3 business days. If not, it would be deemed an unauthorized charge and fraudulent if he attempted to continue charging my card. This man completely lost it and the chaos ensued. He said and I quote, "Do you do this at all UPS stores?" Mr. Rasool was insinuating that I was some type of scammer. I told him that "legally he did not have the right to try and recharge my card as I have never had a PO Box nor a contract with him or his UPS location". He continued to talk over me but I did not back down to him. I proceeded to reiterate to him "while this was a simple mistake, any future attempts to charge my card would be fraud and I would proceed accordingly."
Mr. Rasool (the owner) then said to me, "and who are you?". I had to chuckle to keep calm and I told him "If you even try to re-charge my credit card, you'll find out who I am. And that's not a physical threat, it's a legal one".
His tone was still rude but he definitely began to backpedal.
At the present time, the initial charge/reversal is still pending but I will continue to keep this review updated.

This location does not adhere to their own advertised hours of operation. Two other customers along with myself, waited 15 minutes, and the store still was NOT open. I suggest using another location, as this location is unreliable.

Each time I have used this location, the staff is friendly, very helpful, offered other services. Location is super convenient! Mostly used for ups shipping and Amazon drop offs.

Staff is very rude and not at all helpful. Definitely don't take your Amazon returns here. Amazon may say you don't need a box, but the store will. I recommend going to the store in Pascagoula.

This particular UPS store had clerks who did not know how amazon returns work and refused to scan my return barcode at all.

This location will over charge you for everything. Tried to charge me $4 to print a label I already paid for, when I already had a barcode. Took it to another UPS store, and they printed it no problem, with no charge.A couple weeks ago they overcharged me $15 for a shipment. I know this because I shipped two of the same items to the same address, with the same dimensions, same weight, and the other UPS store was $15 lower. It’s unfortunate that this one is pretty convenient for me, but I will be going out of my way to make sure I don’t go back to this specific location.Edit to respond to Owner’s comments:Yes, I understand each are owned and operated separately, but that doesn’t give you the right to gouge prices and charge ridiculously high shipping fees with “added services” without telling the consumer what it is for. And then charging $4 to just print a pre-purchased label? Your cost on that paper and ink has to be less than $.01. You gotta be joking!
