The same girl is always working, and she takes her time doing everything. There is always a line because she doesn't care about people's time and this past time, she was rude to me for no reason. Not a fan of this location, won't be back.

Horrible customer service. Will not use again. Handed my ID to him in his hand. He laid it on the counter. Then brought my package and set it down. Not a word. After I stood there a moment he says you can pick it up.

This store is ridiculous!!! It’s owned by some India people and their attitude is horrible. They talk to people like trash, look at you like you are nobody. They throw your papers copies and or packages around and on the counter like it’s nothing. If you want better customer service and experience, then I advise to go somewhere else. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

I don’t normally write reviews but their customer service is terrible! They’re suppose to do the finger printing or at least guide you through it and as she stands over you as you do your own finger prints she smacks her teeth and roll her eyes.

I've utilized this store for several years and even got a PO Box because the service and staff are GREAT! I've never had an issue with shipping or receiving packages and Ive even gotten to know the staff and owners a little bit over the years. They show me pictures of their trips to India, have opened up about their family, one employee even remembered my birthday and gave me a card, and the others are just really genuine and cool. The owners and staff are not bad like the previous reviews are making them out to be but I will say that it can get pretty hectic/busy at this location, so just be a little patient with them as they are sometimes short staffed.

The lady was the worst employee and not helpful at all. I came at 6:25 to make a UPS return and the Employee was very rude, and would not even print off a label for me.

Customer service is VERY POOR, Attitudes nasty BOTH OF THE LADIES Was VERY UNAPPROACHABLE , neither of them smiled, just a unpleasant experience, they need to work in the back or behind the scenes if I can rate 1-10 I would definitely give -1

Store is locked at 1pm on a Saturday, lights are on and no note on when the staff will return. Frustrating to waste a trip, and I’ve dealt with the rudeness of the staff like the other reviewers here.

Who I believe is the owner (Ms. Patel) is incredibly rude and disrespectful towards customers. I had four packages being returned to Amazon and the last one of the four mistakenly had an incorrect return code, and Ms. Patel flys off the handle at me ranting “That’s not right!” without any explanation and walking to the back with my other three packages before I could get a receipt for them. The other clerk was kind enough to explain to me how to fix it, then when I asked Ms. Patel about the receipt for the other items she claims not to know how to pull them up again in her own computer system (since she failed to print it initially). Again, the clerk/employee comes to the rescue and gets Ms Patel to pull my other items out from the back so I can at least photograph the return labels for proof they were dropped off.The employee/clerk is the ONLY REASON I am giving this place two stars since this is not the first time Ms Patel has been rude with me or other customers in my presence.
