Whenever I shop here Moe always greets me and makes sure I'm satisfied with what I'm buying. He always recommends the best flavors for me. He's helpful and friendly, I'd recommend shopping here.

I went to this location for the first time the other day and I can confirm it is by far the best one in mobile county. I highly recommend everyone to go here! They have the best customer service especially Moe, he went above and beyond and was patient. He made sure we found exactly what we wanted! He was very knowledgeable and showed us all the flavours and was very helpful. UpN Smoke is very lucky to have him as an employee ! Anyone that goes to location make sure you ask for Moe to help you find what you need ! I Will definitely come back ! Thanku Moe!

i was looking for a shop with this very specific thing i went shop to shop and i came to this up n smoke and there was a worker there i think his name was moe but he found the thing i was looking for and very friendly guy and was a lot of help to me definitely would come back and shop

Selling open bottles of juice, bought some coils and one of them were opened and would not fit...returned and the new ones leak like hell....as with the other location just shady..i expect my products to be unopened and sanitary.. was a red flag when they let you taste the juice by touching bottles to your finger then selling them to other customers...will never use any of the up in smoke locations....

Jay was very helpful, i had questions regarding what products were best for me and he very clearly explained the differences and advantages of each one. if it weren’t for him, i’d never step foot in mobile alabama again

the shop is very clean and has every option you can think of.Jay was also so helpful and really welcoming.i’m visiting for a work trip and he made it really memorable.He is so cute and kind10/10im from nyc and haven’t been to a smoke shop that was this nice and accommodating

This location is the best one in mobile county. I have used most all locations and the crew here is by far the most helpful. Dustin especially goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy and satisfied. His customer service skills are definitely a valuable resource at this location.

Been coming to this shop for the last 2 years! Always such a great vibe whenever I’ve come in. It doesn’t matter if I come in at 10 am or 10 pm I’m always greeted with a smile. I seem to always catch Dustin when he is working and he is absolutely the best! Always helpful with whatever I come in for. Doesn’t mind taking time to show me things behind the counter or in the glass shelves. Or explain stuff to me I’m not knowledgeable on.I’m glad I only live 5 mins from this location but honestly I’ve been to some other shops before and I would 100% make a longer drive if I ever move!!

I recently visited Up N Smoke and had an excellent experience! The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Spanky, one of the store managers, was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. They had a great selection of products to choose from, and I was pleased with the quality of the products that I purchased.Overall, I would highly recommend Up N Smoke to anyone looking for a fantastic shopping experience with top-notch customer service!
