I've been doing business with Palmer's Toyota for years. We've bought a total of 4 vehicles over the years from there. Diana Register is our salesperson and she has done a wonderful job helping us with getting the vehicles we needed and wanted. Corey is our service department rep and always makes sure our vehicles are taken care of and that we understand the work that's been done and advises us on anything we need to follow up with in future. Chris Wilson oversees the detail department and has always had over vehicles look new when we have them cleaned. Tina drives the shuttle and always has a smile on her face and gladly gets her customers to their destination when vehicles have to be left for maintenance. I already know that when I'm ready to trade in my car I'll be going back to Palmer's Toyota Superstore.

awful service. my car has been in the shop for two weeks and I haven't been able to get anyone on the phone or anyone to update me about my car. They had to get extra parts for my car so I had to get someone to drive me to the place to see what was happening with it because I couldn't get anyone on the phone I was told it would be ANOTHER week until they would be finished. Then I call again and they say It will be done today by 12 and I go to get my car and once again it's not done. beyond furious

I was led by a supposed friend that works there that they were going to give me a good deal because of our friendship. They did not. My friend sat in the sales office with me and said that he thought it was a good deal. It is my fault, he proclaims to be a man of God. Fooled me. When I told that I was not treated like he said they were going to do, he said "we all got to eat". And don't bring a trade to them. Please don't be fooled. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Took my rav4 there for a minor body issue(door handle) . Was told to bring it back on a certain day, 39-40$ repair, no problem. Get it back there when they said, discovered that it had more issues, had to order part, now over $500, for a door handle. Called multiple times over the next 2 weeks to see when part would be in, no return call. Finally got tired of waiting for return call/follow up, went to another shop. Easy fix, no parts, no charge. Needless to say Palmer Toyota will not be getting my business on any level, nor will I recommend them to my friends and family.

Ryan Andrew Cox! Remember that name. He treated my self and my family like absolute trash! Everything was going good and as soon as we encountered this "Escoria" of human being. The whole experience of us purchasing a vehicle from this place was tainted. As soon as our sales man transferred us to finance we met "Ryan Andrew Cox" he was upset from the get-go and his treatment toward us was the worst! He belittle us and as soon as we mention we did not agree with the payment plans the treatment got a lot worse! When the manager finally worked something for us. Ryan Andrew Cox came back and he seemed more upset about not hooking any of the warranty packages into the deal. His final words to the sales man if I remember correctly were "Take them now there is no need for them" If you decide to purchase a vehicle from this place. Please! Do yourself a favor and stay away from him!

Avoid this company at all cost!!!! I called inquiring about a particular service today when I got on the line with one of the employees named Dave. I inquired about said service, instead of Dave answering with a answer of a yes or a no, or any relevant answer on the subject he deflected the question to a different service. So I once again asked Dave does the company provide the service which I'm 100 percent certain the company does, but repetitive unprofessionalism shown by Dave made me feel as if the company is incompetent to handle simple matters when dealing with their own car brands. When being on the call with Dave instead of being reassured that my car would be in great hands, all I was presented with was wasted time, told I would have to get other services that would not benefit me what so ever just to accumulate a large bill, and deceitful answers ( with my first question had never been addressed). Dave single-handedly shattered any integrity for the company and I wouldn't recommend anyone to deal with the company after my interactions.

I recently purchased a 2022 RAV 4 and had the most amazing experience I've had purchasing a car. From the moment I drove up and was greeted by Chris King, I felt confident that I was in great hands. He not only found the exact car I was searching for, he kept me updated during the entire process. Fast forward to delivery, the finance manager, Tony Hearn, was very knowledgeable and secured a great interest rate. I would never go any place other than Palmer's to purchase a car.

At first I was delighted with the car buying transaction today Now severely deflated. The extras added to the MSRP to drive the price up. Sure there is the AddedMarket value, I was lead to believe I negotiated a good bit of that away. Watch the sticker add one closely. Items are added without asking if you want them. Likr ToyotaCare Protection is hugely expensive. The quick charge kit for your phone. Think this was almost $300 my fault for not catching it. Went for a routine oil change. Everything was smooth until Bo Covan the service advisor called me up to pay. I mentioned a coupon and he lost it. Saying "You can't use that coupon after service!" I said sir I didn't have that issue before he proceeds to repeat himself at a higher tone and saying it's too much paperwork and calling his coworker to verify I couldn't use the coupon. I almost let it go but then realized I am the customer and said I would like to use my coupon. He snatches the paper back. I said sir your attitude is trash. He yells loudly I am not trash!! I said I did not call you trash your attitude and customer service is. He said it's only 8 dollars. I get deathly quiet and finish the transaction and say I hope you have a better day because this is unnecessary. I called Frank the service manager and left a voice message. People like Bo Covan do not need to be in customer service. He is an awful person yelling for no reason at all. If you need your car serviced go to Springhill Toyota or just ask for anyone but Bo Covan.

This is the best car dealership in Mobile!The sales team is incredibly professional and kind. Chad McGallagher and his crew are the best. They treat us like family! They are genuinely concerned about our happiness, so much so that we have purchased eight cars from Chad! If you're looking for a new car, definitely check out Palmers Toyota.

Not only did I have to wait 4 hours for a tire rotation that I had an appointment for because they failed to let me know my car was ready a couple months ago (I let this situation go and continued to give them a chance) yesterday my 2020 vehicle, yea not even two years old yet, had an AC issue. i took my car in expecting repairs because I pay for an extended warranty and they refused to let my warranty cover it, basically saying it was my fault and wanted $1,500 to fix it. I searched the part and it was literally $95 for the part. These dealerships are ripping people off horribly. Don't buy a car here, don't waste your money on an extended warranty, stay away from this place.
