I special ordered a mirrored glass fireplace that began to rust shortly after it was delivered. I have contacted the store manager SEVERAL times seeking a solution to get it fixed and/or simply swapped out for another one and also for them to contact the vendor. To this day, after several calls and emails, NOTHING has been done!!!! Being that this was a $1,600 purchase, you would think that a little more effort would have been made on making sure that my money did not go to waste! I refuse to call again and basically beg to have the issue solved! However, rest assured I WILL NOT purchase anything from this store again!!! Customer satisfaction should be paramount!!! Thanks for nothing, Danny!!

I'm a single mother and needed furniture but didn't have a lot of money to purchase so I picked out furniture and financed through Okinus. I was told if I had any problems I could return the furniture. The sectional was too big so I made arrangements to return it. First of all Town and Country uses a third party to pick up your return. Second, they won't just pick up what you don't want they pick up all the furniture. Without exception. I wanted to keep my mattress set and entertainment center. But the finance company says their financing doesn't work that way. It's all or nothing. I paid on time every month. When you return your furniture you don't get your money back. It's like rent to own. Which that's not how it was explained. So I paid over $900 for furniture I couldnt keep . No refund or store credit. If I thought I was renting furniture I would have gone to a Rent a Center not Town and Country. Go to a reputable furniture store these people are just scamming people out of their money. Oh and if you try to get tough with the finance company they threaten to garnish your wages
