I'm natural, so I went to get my hair flat ironed. I had an appointment. I didn't get to the chair at the appointment time; however, the wait wasn't too long. He burned my head a few times. Didn't apologize. But my hair turned out great. Very silky. Full of bounce. He charged me $55. I gave him $60. He kept my change. I didn't even bother him to get it. Either he thought I gave him exact money or that he was entitled to the extra $5. Either way, I didn't mention it.
