100% would recommend this store over the other Mobile Mavis locations!
Received horrendous service at the Government Street Mavis tire and was relieved this store was able to correct the mistakes. I waited 5+ hours at the Gov. location (with apt.) and have only received amazing service at great speed at this one. Miss Cassandra working at the front really helped me! You can tell the employees really care and know what they are doing!

Took my truck in the get four new tires and an oil change. They said they would check my front end alignment even though I stated I had just had an alignment done two weeks prior. Called to update me and state that I needed the alignment anyway. Spent $1400 dollars. Left the next day for work in Tallahassee, truck rides like absolute crap. I looked and my passenger side tires had probably 20 weights on each one and my driver side tires only had like 3 each. My tire pressure was different in each tire as well and they had my truck for six hours this day leaving me without a vehicle. Take it to a Mavis here in Tallahassee, they look at it and none of my tires were balanced. The guys were in disbelief. Needless to say I won’t be back, if I spend $1400 dollars I expect the work to be done properly.

Pretty much the only place I go to for car work. They remember you and treat you amazingly. I would and always will recommend them when it comes to ANYTHING for your car.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Purchased BRAND NEW TIRE and got an alignment little over 6 months ago and the wires are showing already, called and talked to the manager who has apparently taken over because the store was preforming so badly, told us that the alignment was “checked” but not done which was not was were were told and that there was nothing he could do for us ! So buyer beware they will lie and say work is done that is not and will also not back there work when there is a problem with BRAND NEW TIRES !
