I some how got a piece of metal in my tire. Called Mavis late in the day on a Sunday and they were able to get me in, ended up needing 4 new tires and an alignment, but Jennifer was great, got me in & out and at a great price! Everyone was friendly. Thanks y’all! I will be going back for my oil changes and rotations!

My family has used MAVIS for a few years. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Fair prices, too. I won’t go anywhere else for tires & service.

Came in to get my tire fixed. Most unfortunately, it wasn't fixable, but Sean was able to take care of me getting me a good tire at a great price. Would recommend stopping here if you need anything for your car.

Theodore needs better help. People working counter were great. The so called mechanics and tire people are terrible. Took 3 hours to get my tire patched they broke my air pressure sensor . I had to take it to a different location to have the tire rebalanced because they didn't know what they were doing.

Called Friday, they had 2 of the (uncommon) tires I needed and could put them on Saturday 830 or 9am. I was early and they were busy from opening. There was special on alignments so I got that too
My right axle had been replaced and the boot on the left was busted so I got the other axle done (he quoted a price and the other shop had quoted lower so Mavis ok'd that price for me.
They have a 6 month payment plan which I qualified for. The $99 alignment didn't automatically ring up so he gave me 10 back in cash.
3.5 hours with multiple people ahead of me. Sean, Shawn was very friendly and the staff seems competent.

We had a tire emergency on a cross country move, Sean made sure we were safe and good to go. I would definitely recommend Mavis. They were polite, professional, and very helpful.
