“I've been using Fausak Tire for many years. They have alw a ts treated me well and have great mechanics. As a musician, most of my work requires me to drive from 60 to 200 miles to play. I'm hard on vehicles and tires. I manage to wear tires out quickly but Fausak's always gets me into the shop and back on the road quickly with a new tire and no wiggles at 75mph. I'm a happy customer.”

“This "business" is family owned & operated. And these are some of the best people I have ever met in a "business" setting. They are professional & kind to say in the least! I trust them because they aren't the kind of people who are in it just for the money. They've helped me several times, even when I didn't have any money to pay them. I'm only saying that to try & convey what kind of people they are. I ordered a brand new set of tires for my van about 3 years ago & they are still on the van to this day. If I ever had a maintenance issue I took it to them & it was immediately fixed even when it was no fault of theirs! The set of tires was a little over 300 bucks out the door. But the customer service, kindness & generosity I got from these folks is priceless! Thanks A1! Y'all are the best in the business!”

“We are full time Rvers in a 40' motorhome pulling a 27' cargo trailer and two tires at the same time started loosing air with tpms alarms and God we were able to get off the road and called around and found Charter Tire in Mobile and he came out to road side and replaced the two stems and aired up tires to get us back to the shop to replace all four stems with metal ones. Very reasonable priced and friendly. Lesson learned don't use rubber stems with TPMS”

They took really good care of my tires even after I was done paying for them. I’m glad I got the extended service. They kept up with my alignments and everything. “I have driven by this business a million times and did not realize they aren’t just for tires until my brakes went out and I needed a close to home repair. They popped up in my Google search and I took a chance after looking at reviews. The reviews did not lie. Possibly the best experience I’ve ever had with an auto issue. The service advisor Chasity, is the friendliest and most helpful person ever. I also had the chance to speak with mechanic who was also friendly and helpful. “Had an excellent experience buying my truck from Ethan here at Joe Bullard. I have been to many dealerships and have never had such a fast and good experience ever. I actually came in to look at a different truck but after test driving it realized I wanted something different and within 5 minutes Ethan had pulled up a truck that was much more of what I wanted. Didn’t even have to haggle over a price and what I was offered for my trade was more than I expected going in. They have been very helpful in fixing an issue the truck had with the rear door lock and the light staying on when parked and stand by their word when they say they’ll get something fixed. I definitely plan on coming back for our next vehicle and can’t recommend them enough.”
