Told me an installation price if I bought the tile from them. I paid for the tile and then they said they were too busy to install it. Scam.

Hank came to my house and measured for my wood flooring. After the installation was complete I had 2 complete boxes of wood left over. Called Hank he said that it could not be returned. He measured for the amount to order but we have to pay the price for wood the we cannot use. Ben the installer was great.
