I received a gift card for my birthday Oct 2022 for a spray tan, almost a year ago. I've been calling regularly since then to schedule my spray tan and I STILL can't get anyone to answer the phone. There is no active voicemail set up. Anytime I've stopped by the shop, the sign on the door says closed.
