This is a terrible store. Never put together, or enough workers. Customer service is terrible. Even as a company they have completely gone down hill. Tried returning a gift for store credit and their response was contact who gave your child the gift and ask for the receipt so you can return it. I’m sorry, in what world does someone want to be rude and tell the gift giver that your child didn’t like the gift??!! Worst customer service changes ever. I don’t expect cash but could’ve at least let my child get something he wanted.

honestly every time I go to this store I am disappointed, either it is the employees who argue in front of the customers, once I actually arrived 15 minutes before closing they prevented me from entering as if they were already closing... I asked why they closed early, they told me that they follow their own rules... the store is always in disarray and the shock is that I was there 2 days ago the cashier was eating in front of me without any embarrassment, she had put her dish at the checkout... no respect for this brand

The store manager at Bell Air Mall has a nasty attitude. She has no patience, she was rushing me when I was doing a store return and her tone of voice was very nasty all over a 3 minute store return.

After seeing all the bad reviews I was slightly scared for my online pick up. My experience was alot better then others. I was able to pick my order up within a minute or two.

They don't deserve no star my wife order a outfit when I got there they didn't have it. How you take some order and give it to another coustmer. Never she order for a online. I hope they refunded her money

Did an online order the morning before went to pick up order. I went the next evening to pick up... They didn't even have an order completed nor the size needed after they tried to get the order together while I was waiting there an hour.. SMH they really need to get more organized...

You have to be kidding me, this place is a disgrace to the Sears brand. Fights almost breaking out, clothes scattered about little like a rummage sale ( no disrespect to rummage sales). Five employees standing around and not answering the call to assist the one person who was solo at the register with a line of fifteen people. Come on, I couldn’t find anything right about this location. Please, close your store, I see why it is rated as one star but it should be a zero.

Went to pick up a order for my mom they were extremely rude, took 30 minutes to “find” my moms order, and it was just GROSS!! The store was ridiculous! I understand people are “short staffed” right now but this was way beyond that!!

The customer service is so bad. I ordered school uniforms and chose send to store for store pickup to save shipping. I got an email it was ready. The store was closed and gone. After 2 hours I found out all the Alabama stores were closed. And customer service argues it was delivered and suggested I wait for the order to cancel due to time out on not being picked up. I spoke to 3 people. I said resend my order then figure out what you did with it. I told them it was poor customer service. They don’t care.
