So I see I’m not the only one that Marcus from Techicraft is ghosting. On 12/6/23 Marcus was sent to my home, as part of my home warranty, to repair light fixture in kitchen. He showed up collected the fee and has not returned to start or complete warranty work. I’ve called him several times, texted and emailed to no avail. I’m really disappointed that a person with a business would not honor their contract or keep their word.

Unreliable and unresponsive. Marcus from Technicraft Home was assigned to assist us by our home warranty. He came once to see what was going on with our ceiling fans. He decided to remove the old ones so that it'll make it easier for him to install new ones the following week. He never showed up and we still have no fans on our bedroom and living room ceilings. He has ignored all calls and texts and has completely ghosted us. Would NOT recommend.

Amazing work for a fair price! My windows wouldn't roll down. The dealership quoted $400 in labor alone. At Technicraft I paid $150 plus parts at cost. The shop was clean and the staff was professional. They installed a USB charging station in the back seat for $59.99.
