In my opinion, deliberate crooks. Canceled membership last year, found they had charge my credit card last month. Fortunately I have the cancellation acknowledgement from them stating last use of their facilities was the end of december last year. They billed us for 5 months in 2023. Talked to an idiot from customer service who kept saying membership had decided which months to refund and they only decided to refund 4 months and she could do nothing further.So off to the credit card dispute.

DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH!!!!!!!!!!!! POOR BUSINESS ETHICS!!!!!!!!!!! Do not go to this car wash at 1862 Government St., Mobile, AL 36606 at approximately 1:45pm; Friday July 8, 2022. I went to get my car washed. After getting my car washed I went to vacuum it out and raw sewage from this machine covered my upper body, got in my hair and ruined my white blouse. I actually thought it was raining; once I saw this black stuff spilling all over me and inside my car door and front seat. I had to jump back in my car and shut my door. I drove back around to the attendants there and told them what happened. They could careless but did take my name and number and gave me (get this) a napkin to try to whip the debris off my face. My white blouse was totally ruined with black nasty smelling spots all over my blouse. I was on my lunch break and had to head back to work for a meeting. Needless to say there was no way I could go back to my office looking like this. I had to stop at a boutique downtown and purchase a shirt for $50. The manager Craig Martin, Site Manager at Ultra Car Wash called me at work. During our conversation he indicated that I would be reimbursed. I sent him the receipt for the blouse that I had just purchased. The actual blouse I had on was $75 that I purchased a year ago from Dillard's in Miami Florida; however, I do not have the receipt as it has been well over a year since I purchased the said garment. I told him I would like very much to be reimbursed for the blouse as well and to please mail a ck to me. I also told him to please cancel my membership with Ultra Car Wash. This is from the Mgr: Again.. I apologize for that happening to you at our car wash. Yes you will be fully refunded for the damage to your dress. I do not expect you to have a receipt from a year ago. My CSA Donnise terminated your membership when you asked her to do so. I will however go back into the system and confirm this for you. I will get back to you as soon as I can when I have the conversation with my superior regarding the check. As soon as I have more information I will let you know. Thanks for your understanding as well. Craig Martin Site Manager Ultra Car wash TO DATE I HAVE NOT BEEN REIMBURSED. THE MANAGER HAS STOPPED ANSWERING MY EMAILS. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH. I had a monthly subscription for a year and when I went to the car wash on April 25th the screen said my subscription was expired and I would need to renew. i called the attendant over and she confirmed that my yearly was expired and I needed to renew or pay for my car wash that day. i explained that I did not w to renew because I was about to have my windshield replaced. I paid $10 that day because it would NOT let me through due to expiration. I realized in August that even though THEY told me it expired they were charging me $17.99 per month For a total of $71.96. When I called to ask for a refund I was left on hold for 37 minutes and then told that because I did not cancel they would not refund any money. After explaining 4 different times the events that took place I was told that I should have spoken with an attendant. I AGAIN explainEd that I DID AND SHE CONFIRMED THAT MY MEMBERSHIP WAS EXPIRED!!! So I am out $71.96 because of their false info and apparently there is nothing I can do. BEWARE OF ULTRA CARWASH ON SHILLINGER ROAD!!

They were always good but they've totally remodeled the place and it's only $10 a month for unlimited washes.

They remolded the wash in February 2021. The brushes are a little rough on the top and sides of my truck. You still have to dry off your vehicle after you go through the wash. They need more blowers. March 18 I pulled up to go through the wash. They had a young boy try to take off my antenna with a crescent wrench. He did not know how to use it. He ended up scratching my new truck. I reported it and we took pictures. I came pack a week later and they tried to polish out the scratches. Still had a deep scratch. 1 week later I came back and nothing had been done to resolve the issue. I came back a week after that and no change. 2 weeks later I came back and was told to take to a body shop for an estimate. $900 to repaint. Now its May 22 and haven't heard from them. Headed up there today to see what they say. The new vacuums are crap. My truck will not fit between the hoses hanging down. Hits both mirrors. Have to roll down my window and hold the hose while I open the door. I have canceled my membership. I'm retired and have plenty of time on my hands. I may need to take this to court!

Love the monthly membership, especially during pollen season! Even though I park in the garage, my black vehicle shows dirt so easily. Love how this car wash always gets my car super clean. The free vacuum is a nice bonus and they are always super clean and in premium shape. The location on Schillinger Rd is very convenient.

Completely forgot about the appointment but he waited for me. Rodolfo was extremely nice and professional. I did a standard cleaning. He was done within 20-30 min.will definitely use his services next time.

Rodolfo and his team are fantastic. They arrive on time and take very meticulous care of our vehicles. Each wash is done by hand with outstanding attention to cleaning detail. We have a golden retriever puppy and two teen boys so the cars get dirty quickly. Rodolfo has been a godsend during the pandemic when car washes were closed. We have used his service for both car wash and car detailing and recommend both. We won't go back to a traditional car wash again. Thank you Rodolfo!

These guys are amazing. I got the interior detail with shampoo, and am extremely pleased. My truck was full of dust, dog hair, greasy food stains, etc...work truck. Now it looks brand new. They even power washed my weather tech floor mats. And they came right to to us to do the work. Response was great too. Highly recommended

I highly recommend Gutierrez's services. He gives %110 to any car he works on. My car was really dirty from a long trip and after just his simple car wash my car looks like detailed.

This is the worst car wash I've ever been to. After I went through this wash my vehicle still had dirt and bugs all over it. Going through the wash was very fast so I didn't expect it to clean much anyway. The only good thing about this place is that you can actually reach your car with the vacuum.
