Target getting skeevier every day...
I had an entire order destroyed by FedEx. First the customer service agent wasn't literate so nearly everything was screwed up. She listed everything as needed to be returned for reshipment or refund. That's not what we discussed. The order was 3 shipments, one arrived fine, one hasn't arrived yet and one was verified destroyed by FedEx. Clearly i only want to recover the destroyed items. Not every item. This left the system reshipping everything and charging me for items they expected returned. But i Don't have the destroyed items and wasn't processing a refund or reshipment of the 1 box that arrived. Why is this so difficult that i have to literally talk your customer service agent through the whole ordeal. The second call i requested a manager and was told i couldn't speak with one without attempting to resolve the issue. I did...the first call. Now i want to speak with someone who can undo the mistakes that customer service agent made. You're a mess, target! No, I'm not returning to deal with wally world customer service at target prices! Nope!

I was told to go to another register because the cashier was "hot". Never mind that her light was on and I had my things on the conveyor belt already. She finished her white customers and told me to go to another register and proceeded to turn off her light and walk away from me. I didn't know Target had white only lines but now I do. Thanks, won't ever come back to this location if any.

After this morning, I have to come give a 5 star review to the Target West Mobile team!! I got in line at 4:30 this morning for the Taylor Swift Eras book & the TTPD vinyl. There wasn’t many of us at first but by 5am, there was 100+ people in line easy. Some of the Target team came out & chatted with us & we all had a blast telling them about our Eras experiences & stories of Taylor! We even gave them friendship bracelets.
The process was so incredibly smooth. Much better than I expected. Ms Sheila & the manager put us in virtual queue with our requests for merch. When we got inside, we stayed in the same line & they called out our names, gave us what we requested & took us to the check out. It was so easy & I was out of the store by 6:30.
I just wanted to say that Target West Mobile really set a standard & all of us were so pleased. Thank you for being kind to the Swifties & making our cold morning full of laughter & excitement!! We appreciate ya’ll standing out in the cold & chatting with us.

The bathroom is disgusting. I’ve gone to make complaints many times and I’m dismissed with a well take care of it, ma’am. But then nobody does and there is pee on the toilet seats, it smells like sewage in the restrooms as well. Fix it please. Don’t y’all have a janitor?

This place gets grosser each time I visit and I don’t understand why people are leaving reviews calling it clean. Ever since the Covid-implemented policy of not having workers stock shelves overnight, this place keeps getting worse and worse. Employees are too busy stocking in the middle of the day to keep anything clean and management doesn’t seem to care at all. I’m talking visibly disgusting floors with trash strewn about, messes on all of the shelves, trash in all of the carts, trash and actual roadkill in the parking lot, sticky crusty disgusting checkout counters and touch pads, random wet spots on the floor, and even debatably dangerous things like a leaky bottle of industrial cleaning solution on a shelf in the candy aisle and a bottle of bug spray inexplicably shoved amongst the eye care products. Don’t worry though, they keep a mammoth sized floor cleaning machine sitting in the aisle for weeks on end to give the appearance that they intend to clean up any minute now. I keep giving them chances and leaving more grossed out than the last time. I’m literally done giving chances at this point. Gross.

Definitely definitely stay out of target!! When they go as far as gender garbage for babies that's just to much!!!!
I used to love love love that store but as a mom with 2 girls I don't think that i should have to explain to them at 10 and 11 why girls want to dress like boys and visa versa... and I know alot of people that does the same thing.. avoid target at all costs
