Raychel and Ryan were wonderful. There were significant problems we needed solved, and they never hesitated to get it done. They were extremely polite. They resolved the problems. I am very impressed.

Came in this afternoon with issues regarding my bill. The entire staff was friendly, understanding and willing to help. Ryan went above and beyond and sat with me through a two hour phone call with customer service. Every employee in there this afternoon made my experience a better one just by making me feel like they were on my side!! I’ll always use this location as long as Ryan and his coworkers are there to help!!

Came in to get the free cup for tmobile Tuesday 12/06/2023 and was berated with questions concerning my account. Customer service rep asked for my name, phone number, last 4 of SSN, and asked as loudly as he could "would you like to go ahead and pay your bill?" As if he was trying to embarrass me. I have never had to provide any information like this before for a "free" tmobile gift, nor have I been made to feel the way that I did after leaving. Only being prompted to hit "redeem" on the app. He was rude and unprofessional

Courtney was extremely sweet and amazingly professional. She help me understand my account better with much ease, patience, and understanding. Very smart and polite she was awesome to me. Trevor was extremely nice and professional as well.

I am usually a big fan of this location, but my recent encounter with of their representatives (Rachel) left me disappointed. I experienced a level of rudeness that was quite surprising and uncharacteristic, considering my past interactions with the company.Rachel seemed to have a poor attitude and was not helpful in resolving my issues. Despite my repeated attempts to clarify my concerns, I was met with impatience and disregard. This experience has negatively impacted my view of the company and will be moving my business account elsewhere.I believe that a business's strength lies in its ability to provide excellent customer service, and I hope that this was an isolated incident. I would appreciate it if the management could look into this matter and ensure that their staff is adequately trained in customer relations.

Came here to get new internet, sync up and drive, and a new phone and was out faster than most other tmobile stores in mobile. The manager is sweet, and respectful, and made me want to come back if I need any help! Thank k you guys!

Came in with my wife's phone to replace screen protector. The team was awesome, very laid back, very helpful. Nothing but good things to say about these guys, would definetly recommend to anyone who is a current t mobile member and even to those who may be looking to change service providers, check this place out, you won't regret it.

Went in this store today after the one up the road was no help at all and so rude! I was greeted at this location I was helped by Lindy she is a Rockstar great attitude and very helpful .. got a new phone and got everything transferred over.. Thank you Lindy for your superb service..

My account is with sprint and i am definitely thinking of cancelling my plan because they have sent me 2 replacement phones and both wouldn't charge i was promised a free upgrade and that didnt happen im still with the same phone because customer service tells you one thing and then its completely different so i will like i said most likely cancel but im leaving a good review for this store they were very friendly and very helpful in trying to do everything they could to help me the store manager was extremely knowledgeable and had a correct answer for everyone and the young gentlemen who assisted me deserves alot of credit for trying to do everything he could to get me a phone that worked but in the end it was sprint customer service who blew it for me.

Very Very unprofessional. I went in to do an upgrade and was so disappointed. The young lady was helping me and she knew her job very well. She made the process swift and easy. She answered all of my questions with no problems. Before we were done, a man came out asking her, “How much was that.” He asked her how much In accessories did I buy. That was so inappropriate. It made me feel as if I was just $$$ to them. I will not be returning. Future reference, wait until the customer is gone before you ask about what was purchased.
