There were bugs in my food. Frozen flies. When I told the indian man at the counter, he pretended not to understand me.I used the bathroom, and there was a stench of human feces as I simultaneously saw a brown liquid oozing from the wall.I also watched the Indian man drop food on the floor and put it back in a container without gloves. When I questioned him on this, he shrugged at me.Finally, I was charged $40 for one six inch sandwich. I walked out after this. The owner is an Indian Immigrant named Mukesh Sopariwala, and he goes by “Mike”. He is very shady! Do not eat here!I have attached a photo of the bathroom wall.

I do not recommend this location they charged me 40$ for two foot long sandwiches that are supposed to be 9$- and 10$. Since when are foot long sandwiches more than 6$. They are way over charging

Do not go to this Subway location they short you on the meat portions. The employees there do not know the formulas to the sandwiches. I ordered a roast beef 6inch sandwich and the person working there put 1 slice on my sandwich. I worked at Subway for 3 1/2 years I know the amount of meat it should have. I then asked how many slices come on the roast beef sandwich and a different employee answered for the guy and said 2 slices are on my 6 inch and then he put 1 more slice. The correct answer (for everyone who wants the right amount of meat on a 6 inch roast beef, ham, or turkey) is in fact 4 slices. I hope someone catches them doing this to customers. I felt I didn’t have the grounds to tell them they don’t know the formulas since I don’t work there and that would be very awkward. I’m also too nice to tell them they’re doing their job completely wrong.

The vegetables were not fresh. Sub needed more meat. The bare minimum subs have more meat than they gave me. I've eaten there before and its been better.

Food was good place was very clean. Way over price in up charges. I was charged twice for same thing. The guy was not helpful and kept asking same questions. Lady came in bought a sandwich with chicken. She came back in and ask, if she could buy a sandwich portion of more chicken to add to her sandwich. The man said no squinting his eyes. He said they didn't know how to ring it up on the computer. His demeanor towards her was rude. My bill was 37.oo 2 six inch turkey subs, for 1 chip (that I thought was included.) 3 waters. Seems high to me, compounded with the strange behaviors we won't go back!

Worst experience ever! The young kid comes from the back and asked if he needs to change his gloves and the older guy says no it will be fine. My husband made the kid change his gloves. Then wants to argue bc my 7 year old didn't want a foot long. He refused to put extra toppings (older gentleman made a statement that it very little don't put too much) and what made it the absolute worst was while we were eating they were prepping tuna salad. This kid wipes his nose with his hand walks out and grabs a to go order to give to a customer and then walks back and continues to prep the food with the same gloves on. My husband said that was enough and we left right then and there. Oh he made sure to let them know the health dept was coming. I can't give 0 stars but it needs it. this is ridiculous.

Remodeled the store but not the employees. Very very stingy for a $10 sandwich. Mediocre at best. Barely any cheese or toppings was added even after requesting extra.

Horrible! Older grey haired man has an attitude walked in asked him to make a chopped salad. Says he can’t chop it. Really ? Everyone knows it taste better chopped. Always been asked if I want it chopped or regular. No issues. Walked out went to the next subway on airport. Chopped salad with no problem. He always has an attitude. Barely puts anything on the sand which. I won’t be back.

I'm absolutely livid with my experience. Let me preface this by saying I didn't want to use a coupon but my dad insisted. So this is more of a principle thing. My family and I received a classic coupon sheet you get sent in the mail. Great. Decided to use the buy one get one deal. I cut it out drive up to subway ready to go. Jokes on me the moment I walk up to the counter. No hello. No greeting. Nothing. Didn't bother looking up from the sandwich he was making for an online order. Wonderful. Then my eye glance to the sign. "Not accepting Buy one Get one Free. All other coupons will only apply to these sandwiches. *Insert cheapest sandwich options*" First of all if you want to be a subway then be one. Don't pick and choose what YOU want to do. This isn't Sams Subshop it's SUBWAY. Therefore I should be able to use the SUBWAY coupons at SUBWAY. The manager clearly didn't care at all. I said that's a bummer is there anything else you can do? I only cut out that coupon. Didn't expect you to choose not to accept it. He responded by STILL not looking up by telling me I should of brought the entire sheet. That's not my responsibility. I cut out the one I intended to use. If you are so desperate for money you can't offer the coupons that corporate sent out wouldn't you try to offer something to keep me in the door? Like I said I didn't even care about the coupons. It was the completely lack of caring and customer service that made me walk right out. If I don't get even a hello from you and then you pick and choose your rules then no thanks. I would much rather drive farther to a place that knows how it should be properly ran. To sum it up. Greedy. Unwelcoming. And unhelpful. ESPECIALLY that "manager".
