Kudos. My dog was attacked this morning and when i hysterically called my VET of over 10 years (where i have spent thousands of dollars on personal pets and charity cases) and they told me they had an appointment available at 330 this afternoon i said nevermind and called Springhill Animal Clinic. Was in an exam room within 30 minutes of the attack. Needless to say all my records for my 6 pets have been transferred to Springhill. (and yes i realize that is too many...) Amazing that the other clinic was able to accommodate the records request in a timely manner. I am not mentioning other Vet name because they provided excellent care to my pets over the years.... maybe they need to better train the answering the phone person to know when to detect an emergency! My dog will be fine and my mental state intact thanks to SHAC!!

We've brought our kitties here for 5 years now; the whole staff is very kind and patient especially Brandon, Abbye, Dr. Collins and Dr. Edmonds. They're usually able to get us in super quick if not same day. Highly recommend!!❤️

These people are wonderful. My peekapoo was scratching her ear, and I went online and thought I scheduled an appointment 2 days out. So when I showed up, there was no appointment, and they were booked 3 weeks out. I have no experience with vets, but they went ahead and got our puppy in and took wonderful care of us. They were so nice and understanding.

We switched vet clinics about a year ago and have been so happy with our choice to switch. One of our dogs, George, is a 14yr old golden pointer and with that comes some significant aging related issues. Everyone at Spring Hill Animal clinic has treated all of our pets ( and us) with such compassion and have worked to find realistic ways to continue George’s quality of life with us. We are very thankful for everyone there!

This clinic seriously injured my animal during a routine procedure, which was completely preventable if they had followed standard safety & practice guidelines. It was horrific and required many months of surgeries and healing. The only positive thing I have to say about them is they did right by covering all the costs of surgeries and treatments to get my animal physically well, but those giant scars remained.

Finally a vet where they REALLY LOVE animals. Every one I saw up to this point did the work like my dog was a cadaver experiment. Springhill vets are caring loving professionals and they absolutely adore all living creatures- especially cats and dogs.

Friendly and fast service. No complaints, until now. Brought my dog in for a possible spider bite on eyelid that had redness in the beginning (1 day) but was pink (normal) during visit. . After being dx as a spider bite that turned into a blood blister after doctor punctured it with a needle, they treated with antibiotics and ointment. Ointment cause extreme itching (side effect) and caused my dog to chew off her cone to scratch until she bleed around her eye. Discontinued using the ointment and dog stopped scratching. My dog was soon due for a wellness and vaccinations at primary vet. There, they examined her entire health. Informed to me that the “spider bite” at eyelid was not a spider bite but actually her Superciliary Vibrissae shedding, which is now growing back within the location of the “spider bite”. As being a veterinarian, I wish the doctor I had seen would’ve educated me about this instead of poking into my dog’s skin, providing unnecessary treatment, then advising me to bring her back in within a week if it doesn’t disappear completely to sedate my dog and look within that area. Overall, cheaper, friendly, and fast service but I will only deal with my primary vet from now on. Hopefully the doctor poking into the Superciliary Vibrissae area doesn’t negatively affect the regrowth process.
