“Our first trip down my husband posted a low review…I called ahead but wasn’t told a estimated time needed to be scanned and get insoles…we arrived at 5:35 to be told there wasn’t enough time…could we come back tomorrow…we live 1.5 hours away and my husband has been working 7 days a week…I called yesterday to be sure we had a name and to know how early we needed to be to both get scanned and fitted…The owner talked with me personally and set up an employee to stay over if needed to get us taken care of…Today we met Amy…any feelings from the previous visit were totally changed…she met us with a smile and walked us through the being scanned…trying on shoes…insoles…and even helped us pick out socks…the store was packed and jumping …for a Tuesday I couldn’t get over how many people were shopping for shoes…but as busy as they were…we weren’t rushed…we both left with shoes and insoles and will definitely return? I understand now the time allotment…they want you to love the shoes you get…and to not feel rushed…if your needing to be later call ahead and see if they can make you an appointment…Would definitely recommend and will return?Thanks Amy ☀️”
