I bought two used tires from this shop. While changing the tires, they broke three lugs. I had to buy these lugs with nuts from my pocket. Later they broke one more as they were tightening it too hard. After I drove the car, the car started shaking. I took it to another store and they told me it was due to one of the tire they installed. I paid over $300 for just one tire. When I tried to return the bad tire they install, they refused and they were rude to me as well. Will never go back to them.

They had the tire I needed which was crazy. I have a very hard tire to find. Not only did they give me an amazing deal but changed it for me. They were very professional and respectful. My brother goes here and recommended them. I am glad I listened. I will for sure use them again. Thank you to the staff.

They were not busy today, meaning they did not have vehicles wrapped around the building. They were fast and friendly. I didn't realize they sold new tires, but they do. I got 2 new tires cheaper than I would have anywhere else. I love this place.

Stranded, and cant get my own lug nuts off because they always over torque them. And yes, have a 4way…. And my full body weight wont even break them.

I've been to this shop four times in two days for a simple mount and balance. They installed the wrong weights. It's taken 3 extra hour long visits to get this corrected. The tech that was assigned to correct it then poured brake dust all over my feet to show me the drum. I was charged extra for them to recycle my old tires. The bill was $150. I did not receive a breakdown on the charges. Now my truck is sitting on two brand new flat tires. Both in the passenger side. The side I made them remount and balance. This has been a nightmare.
