Got a transmission rebuilt leaked out of every seal when I got it back and then got told to wait 4 weeks for it to be rebuilt under warranty when it shouldn’t have had to go back

This place is awesome!! Very friendly, fast & honest people!! I got my car back the same day!! You don't see that happening at any car shop let alone a transmission shop!! Wish they worked on other stuff because it is very hard to find service like they provide!! Keep up the great work!!

They are cheaper than anyone . We went to pick my granddaughters SUV and it had a minor problem but they fixed it right away and she is very happy with it and I was happy with the price.

Well I wanted to clarify a few things before posting.. I’ve noticed a few post where people talked bad about John. Recently I took my car to his shop which stayed there for approximately a week or so. John was very professional and knowledgeable about the service on vehicles. At no point in time did he become rude or unruly towards me. The process was smooth and my vehicle operates the same way it did before it needed repairs. Let’s keep in mind that this business is always slammed pack with vehicles and that he’s always busy.. Anyways, if I ever need any future repairs done on my car, this is where I’ll go. I had to wait a little longer than I expected but got the car back with no problems they even installed a motor mount that I needed. I would highly recommend Southern Transmission off Monday Road.... Highly reliable and best of all honest people to deal with...
